I tried the Dubai Chocolate Sunday and it is just amazing, the flavor of everything is so addicting. 10/10 I do recommend trying it and seeing for yourself how good it really is

It’s a no for me I get it’s not the best side of town but I was passing by with my kids and she really wanted a scoop of ice cream. customer service is lacking badly the worker could not even force a smile older gentleman didn’t look happy to be working . Maybe get some people who want to work ! Also be careful where you park your car a lot of homeless in parking lot looking for a come up. so be very careful sorry to leave a bad review I hate to be the 1 but it was not a good experience honestly I couldn’t leave quick enough negative miserable vibes here will not be back you could not pay me to stop here again I believe in positive energy & positive vibes you get what you throw out this was not it for me Have the day you deserve ✌️

Very bad treatment from the person who claims to be the owner of the business. I will never go back when that lady is present. I can't believe that if she is the owner, she wouldn't be friendly at all. She gave us the wrong order, and when we touched the glass, she said we had to pay for it because we touched it, when she was the one who made the mistake. The worst part of the day was coming here and being served by that lady. I recommend not going when this elderly lady is here.

I stopped in this location last week and talked to Curtis and asked him if he would he be able to do a Lego man cake for my son's birthday the next day. He said he not only could do the cake for me but he could have it ready for me by 10:30 a.m! . This was fantastic news because we were wanting to have our birthday party at noon. Curtis was very friendly and the store was very clean! I will recommend this location to all of my friends and I will only come to this store to get my ice cream cakes.

My wife ordered a to-go order for me from out of state. Staff refused to give me the order without her present to sign. I asked if I can bring her spare ID. They declined. They called their manager Curtis put it on speaker and all he said was “that sucks”. Never had this issue before, the staff all said it was their managers doing. I’m buying ice cream not liquor.

Ice cream tasted great, sure. However, that was greatly overshadowed by the fact that I had to provide my driver's license so they could write down my license number, in order for me to pick up my online order, which was under $10. I'm almost certain they can't ensure my personal data will be locked away in a secured area. Anyone could just have access to my license number now in the event of a security breach, and I don't appreciate that. It makes me feel uneasy.

BEWARE.. THIS STORE NEVER SENDS THE RIGHT ORDER ON UBER EATS. I order fresh packed ice-cream they send prepacked. Its a different recepi. The prepacked ice cream is terrible. Uber eats does nothing to resolve this. After a dozen times 10 times the order is wrong. You have been warned.
I’m glad that hand washing is practiced, however, when no effort is made to avoid bare hand contact with food that will go in a customer’s mouth even when asked, I have to draw the line. As high as the prices are here, plastic gloves or utensils can be afforded. You have napkins. Use those. Every other Baskin-Robbins location I’ve gone to wears gloves and/or uses tongs. Everything is energy and a staff member’s attitude is a reflection of what they value.
