As always good ice cream. But this location specifically has changed there serving scoops to a much smaller amount. Has happened a few times now. Not the place to go to anymore.

The best ice cream on the west side of Phoenix! I also love that they open at 10:30 in the morning. This way I can get a cappuccino. They are always friendly and have great customer service.

The employees didn't seem to know what to do. They couldn't make a banana split because they didn't have bananas. I then asked for a hot fudge sundae with 3 scoops the employee was only able to get 1 1/2 scoops, the milkshake was horrific. I was so disappointed, this was a new store, we haven't had a Baskin Robbins in this area in over 20 years. The upside, the employee didn't charge me for anything. I'll wait a few months before I try it again

Delicious!! We ate our ice cream at a table in the store and the place was very clean (until we dripped ice cream everywhere and dropped a bowl of sprinkles ? sorry guys). My only complaint is there's no public bathroom which is rough when you're there with 3 toddlers, lol. Even so, everyone enjoyed themselves and we will be back!

Store hours say till 10pm. They closed the doors 20min early. Wouldn't open. Had 2 dudes inside telling me they're closed. 1 of them was mopping, and the 2 girls behind the counter. I tried telling them it wasn't 10 yet and they just told me no.

This baskin robins has the BEST customer service that i personally have ever seen, and for people to make false allegations is wild to me… ruining someones imagine just because you didn't get your way is unprofessional at its finest. Good luck finding a job any where Jackie! :)
