Ordered Oreo Cappuccino Blast. She just added a very small scoop of ice-cream, and the drink is too watery. I requested for light ice too. But she kept adding ice. Worst drink ever. You see in the picture below. It is just full of ice. Terrible & worst service.

My son's birthday ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins. Very creative and it came out beautiful. All the kids enjoyed it and walked away with blue tongues. But it was hard to cut even with a heated knife as they keep it in the deep freezer.

Oh My! This was a fabulous Baskin Robbin’s ever! It was nice n clean inside, the lady at cashier was such a cutie. I have low sugar caramel and my brother did vanilla ice cream was so good. The star of the show was the fresh dream worthy waffle cup. WOW! So out of this world! I’d go back just a waffle cup. LOL! It was that good!

Overall look of the shop was the only great thing about it since the service was terrible and the ice cream wasn't great. When I ordered here one time there was a teenager around my age, but she was very very very rude. Asked for extra hot fudge too and didn't get it as well. She was even rolling her eyes in front of my face too and was talking to me in a cold tone. Negative flags at this location for sure. Cold Stone for an ice cream chain is the way to go....

Customer service was great, girl who helped us was very welcoming and let us sample a few flavors. Their scoops are perfect full scoops unlike other baskin robbins who skimp out and give you tiny scoops. The ice cream is delicious as always. I'll be back for sure!
