These are the people you have selected to represent your business and deal with customers and let me tell you, they are horrible! Clean up the attitudes! And the cake cone was STALE AF!

The bathroom at this establishment was absolutely filthy. The toilet had a black and pink ring around it from mold and urine. The sink had hair and debris all over it. It was disgusting and makes me wonder how sanitary their business is. Don't use the bathroom here.

Be careful with this Baskin Robin's branch especially with your payments.I have been shopping from here for a few years and i have frequently experienced such a problem in price tags.They scan the price tag and it is usually different from what it says on the cake or product box. And they always want to sell with the higher price tag. They always say there are just employees and have no authority on prices, they are also reluctant to call their manager. It has been almost 3 months I have NEVER shopped in this location. On the side note, one of my recent cake purchase came with "hair" in it. The good thing is that one they returned our money!

No longer a fan of this location. They seem to be watering down the waffle cone batter to the point where their cones come out paper thin and break and melt easily. The ice creams doesn't have the same taste and seems to be cheaply made and not Baskin Robbins quality. It's sad because the service is good and the owners seem to be very nice to customers.
It was a friday night. A cold, chilly night. A boy had recently broken my heart and I needed to make my heart even colder on this cold cold night. I arrive 30 minutes before it closes expecting to have a wonderful clown ice cream. Oh how the nostalgia hit me. However I was also hit with another thing this night. A closed door. Oh but it must be a mistake! The sign clearly says this establishment closes in 30 minutes, why won't it open? I pushed and pulled (on both doors) while the employee behind the counter pretended to not notice me. I pushed and pulled and pushed and pulled yet to my dismay the employee disregarded my attempt. I no longer appreciate the place of my dreams. Goodbye forever Baskin Robins.

After hearing about the troubles of Sean and Big Bird in the previous reviews I will NEVER spend my time or money frequenting this establishment. Amazing that a franchisee allows the staff to dictate when they are open or closed. And on a weekend night?? Shame- and shame on the Corporate for allowing this franchisee to close earlier than advertised. Looks like DW or Coldstone from hereon.

The service was quick and friendly, the spot is very large and includes outdoor seating, there is a wide variety of ice creams and ice cream cakes to pick from, and there are even dairy free options. I had the cookie dough, and it was delicious.

9:20 pm Sat. night , they were in process of closing . Hours say closes at 10pm . One of the girls looked like she was upset because we came inside the store . Her co worker turns off the open sign . Locks one side of doors and we were rushed out . Very Rude!! Here's the disgusting part , found hair in the scoop of ice cream ! The hair was stuck inside the ice cream !!! So disgusted, since they had closed early I couldn't go back in there to show them. . Gross!!!
