No flavors in stock that were advertised online...how don't you have Cookies n' Cream.

Ordered a Birthday cake online. I went in to pick it up on the day that was scheduled for the confirmation email. The staff was absolutely clueless. They shuffle about like slow motion zombies and mumbled in barely audible tones. Not only was the cake not there but they had no clue how to contact anybody or find anything out. The best answer that any employee offer me was to call the manager in the morning. I called the manager the next morning and of course I just got a non identified generic voicemail. I called Baskin-Robbins 800 number for customer service and they were abysmal. The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I provided my order number. They still asked me every single detail about my order. It was as if he couldn't pull anything up from the order number. He then said he would forward it on to the store and they would contact me. I don't know why he couldn't give me the contact information for the store because they wouldn't answer the number that's listed and that the employee gave me the day before. Anyway whether I get a refund or the cake I ordered, it kind of doesn't matter now because the birthday has passed. I see why Baskin-Robbins has declined over the past several years and will probably not be around much longer.

NEVER order from here using a delivery app!
5 out of 5 times using delivery they were out of MULTIPLE flavors of ice cream but was still allowed to order the flavors
5 out of 5 times they were out of caramel and hot fudge, and doused what should’ve been a sundae with what seemed like a dip for an come
5 out of 5 times I was delivered a substitute without asking me, and I usually had to drive over because I was shorted items, ie, this time I ordered 2, 2 scoops banana royale sundaes - I only received one, and both flavors were some random flavors so I drove over to complain and get The other sundae and that’s when I found out they had no bananas, whipped cream and cherries, no caramel and hot fudge. So I will no longer order for delivery.
For dine-in, the place has been clean but..
They’re always out of SEVERAL flavors
They sell bottled soda but twice when we’ve wanted to buy they either didn’t have the key to unlock the fridge or they weren’t able to ring them up because they didn't have info to ring up
The employees are inexperienced in customer service, not very inviting, bad at knowledge of product, bad at forecasting the needs of this business to make it successful.
Such a disappointment for this location! We sure were looking forward to the great 31 flavors.

They never have chocolate chip ice cream. I’ve been there multiple times since they opened (I was so excited when they were being built). It doesn’t matter when you go, they are ALWAYS out. It obviously is a popular flavor and by now you would think the person who orders product would know how much to order to keep up with demand! Always a disappointment!

Ordered and paid online just to get to the store and they told me that they didn’t have ANYTHING I ordered!!! Then why was I allowed to place the order?!? Then asked if I’d like a refund….no please just keep my money!!!

went to the drive through at 8:00pm for ice cream. ice cream menu was displayed on the screen. tried ordering my a peanut butter ice cream and the guy at the drive through in the most monotone voice said “we don’t do ice cream at the drive through.”. why the heck do you have it on your drive through menu if it’s not offered. 2nd time trying this location and the last time they were out of almost every flavor and it took 20 minutes for 1 iced coffee. horrible service. will not return here again.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. Went there last night for a couple of ice cream cones and the website showed it was open. I arrived at 8:26pm and was the second car in line. First car order and when I came up the drive through the attendant told me they were closed. I asked what time they close and he replied 9pm but they need time to clean up so he would not take my order. So I had to wait for the car ahead of me to receive their order because I was trapped in the drive through queue. After 10 mins, I pulled up to the window where an employee was standing. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for his name and he reluctantly said Adrian. I then asked again why they show closing at 9pm but can arbitrarily change it to allow for time for cleanup and takes order and why the lights were still on. He was very rude and unprofessional and closed the window on me. I hope the owner reads this and takes action or I’m guessing from reading other reviews and my experience, this place will not make it.

Worst Baskin Robbin’s I’ve ever been to. They were out of cookies n cream & butter pecan. I asked for sprinkles on my ice cream & the gal just ignored my request saying “Sorry, this job is too much & we always be out of everything”.

Today was the last attempt or last chance this place gets from my family.
Today was the 6th time we pull up to the drive through.

Then another voice came on that day nicer and able to help...
Today another voice came after the tired female was on and sounded way nicer and apologized for not have the items and asked again I can tell you what we are out of.
I said no thank you and drive off.
Every experience and visit we thought it was just a one time thing...but no this is either an ownership/franchise issue or the management has zero ability to keep up .
1 employee mentioned in a prior visit someone hade quit and walked out again cause it's so bad there
He was alone all day and did his best.
Me an emu 2 kids waited 20 mins for ice cream and he gave us alm an extra scoop for waiting.
Can't imagine this place will survive.
If I could only give 0 stars.
I will not return to this Dunkin / Baskin location. As bad as it gets ..

The worst Baskin Robbins I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. We will not be back. Both employees were very lazy. I ordered a Banana SPLIT... I put the word "split" in CAPS because this employee was so lazy he threw a whole Banana on one side because he couldn't be bothered with SPLITTING it. I asked for chocolate syrup and he put hot fudge. I asked for toppings and he said a Banana Split doesn't come with any. The other person I was with ordered a 3 scoop Hot Fudge Sundae. He put it in a Banana Split container. There was no hot fudge on it. He put ice cream in it that she didn't order. It had nuts which she doesn't like. Good thing she doesn't have a peanut allergy. Don't waste your time or money here. Very disgusting.

Extremely unfriendly. They are always out of ice cream flavors, toppings or something. Stingy with their portions for the price you pay. We have given this place 4 tries and today was the last straw. Dairy queen it is from now on.

Came here a few days ago for 2 cups of ice cream, they failed to tell me before purchasing that they were out of spoons and lids for the scoops. Regardless I went to pay with my gift card and the associate claimed there was nothing on it which I later confirmed there was still a remaining balance so that was untrue. The only reason I went was to use the gift card and then to not even have spoons to eat my ice cream with was a complete let down. The staff always appears annoyed when you walk in, like they are bothered to help you.

I don't know if it's because of the location but the workers here are awful. Not one person here knows what real customer service, and every time I order from this damn location, they always respond with "were out". And that's 3 times in a row. Omg. What is going on here?
