Ordered cake online, paid
for it, and went to pick up 48 hrs later and they said they didn’t make it bc baker did not show up… did not bother to call or tell me this so now I have no cake for my party tonight. Really disappointed with this location.

Worst Baskin Robbin's location ever. Been to this location at least 8 times since it opened, over several months time, and they are consistently out of so many classic ice cream flavors. They are always out of waffle cones and have terrible service. Do not recommend.

They didn't have an bananas ti make a banana split, they didn't have Vanilla, Chocolate or Butter Pecan ice cream and no sprinkles.

The customer service was great here and they were very proactive when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. Since mint chip had just ran out minutes before, They quickly checked in the back to see if they had another carton. Once they found it, she offered to make one as soon as it could thaw out enough to scoop. However, she also allowed me to try each flavor I’d like to see if I would want a different type of milkshake and we found a good flavor instead. Very sweet gals and quick service for working with the resources they have sharing the location with Dunkin.

They never have any mangonada at this location. I do mean NEVER!!! Soooo disappointing. I’m done even trying.

Asked for chocolate chip and he says it's too frozen , asked for rocky road they say no we're out we have chocolate at that point I say nevermind

This is the second time in a row my chocolate milk shake was terrible! It had no flavor, and the consistency of a glass of milk. I think he used water instead of milk. It was like a glass of weak chocolate milk with whipped cream on top. Won't go to that one again! If I could pick no star I would

By far the worst BR in Phoenix!! Every time we’ve gone to this place they are always out of Pralines and Cream and mostly don’t have much ice cream inventory! Terrible service and the portions you get are terrible!! They need to shut this place down or get better people to run this place! Avoid this place if you can. Go across the street DQ always has ice cream!!

Literally how do you run out of all chocolate options? And then whatever flavor you do have you add so much milk to the milkshake that it tastes like nothing. Horrible. Will never be back

Haven't had Baskin-Robins in years. Stopped here today and was greeted by an awesome associate named DJ. Ice cream is still great just like when I was a kid and so was the service. Will definitely be coming back when I get a chance.

Oh no, no, no! We came to this place when it first opened about a year ago, and it was horrible! So we thought we'd give it another try......BIG mistake. First of all, they did not have 31 flavors! It was mayber 16, and of them, 16 several looked like they had frost bite. I wanted a simple chocolate shake, and there was no chocolate ice cream. Then my husband wanted a strawberry shake, and it was made with so much milk that it was like drinking a glass of milk with a small hint of strawberry! Needless to say, we will never be back. There is just no 3rd chance necessary.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST B&R I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! They're always out of several flavors at a time and the workers need to be trained on how to scoop ice cream. They serve the smallest not to mention hollow scoops. What happened to the dense baseball sized scoops of the past???

Ordered a Birthday cake online. I went in to pick it up on the day that was scheduled for the confirmation email. The staff was absolutely clueless. They shuffle about like slow motion zombies and mumbled in barely audible tones. Not only was the cake not there but they had no clue how to contact anybody or find anything out. The best answer that any employee offer me was to call the manager in the morning. I called the manager the next morning and of course I just got a non identified generic voicemail. I called Baskin-Robbins 800 number for customer service and they were abysmal. The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I provided my order number. They still asked me every single detail about my order. It was as if he couldn't pull anything up from the order number. He then said he would forward it on to the store and they would contact me. I don't know why he couldn't give me the contact information for the store because they wouldn't answer the number that's listed and that the employee gave me the day before. Anyway whether I get a refund or the cake I ordered, it kind of doesn't matter now because the birthday has passed. I see why Baskin-Robbins has declined over the past several years and will probably not be around much longer.
