The customer service was great here and they were very proactive when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. Since mint chip had just ran out minutes before, They quickly checked in the back to see if they had another carton. Once they found it, she offered to make one as soon as it could thaw out enough to scoop. However, she also allowed me to try each flavor I’d like to see if I would want a different type of milkshake and we found a good flavor instead. Very sweet gals...
Haven't had Baskin-Robins in years. Stopped here today and was greeted by an awesome associate named DJ. Ice cream is still great just like when I was a kid and so was the service. Will definitely be coming back when I get a chance.
