I hired Qfire to cater a 100 person company lunch event and everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the taste, value, and convenience. Chef Terry was so quick to communicate when getting pricing and gave us recommendations based on our budget and guest count which was very helpful. We used their buffet service option where they set up and provided personnel to serve. The servers were very punctual, professional, and personable and they were ready for service at the agreed upon time. In addition to cleaning up their table set up when finished, they also bussed the trash at our tables, took it out, and packaged any leftover food for us. There was a reasonable amount of leftovers and we used that for another employee appreciation lunch the week after. It was the most convenient catering option our company has ever used and we will definitely use them again.

We had a Western Cookout at our little Ranch. Qfire came to our rescue as we were looking for great food, full catering, real silverware/plates and also bartender support. With 60 people at our home many of them with restaurant and hotel background we knew that our food had to be top notch. Qfire did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. The appetizers were beautifully displayed and people were fighting over the shrimp skewers. The steaks were perfectly cooked and Chef Terry made some really fun announcements prior to dinner being served that made everyone laugh. Bartender Alex was so fun we kept him over time because everyone enjoyed him so much. Qfire is professional and high quality. Chef Terry is fantastic to work with. I just let him know we would be using him again and looking forward to it. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The comments from our attendees are full of praise and asking for Chef's contact information. Great job CHEF and team!!

Chef Terry went above and beyond to accommodate our specific requests, ensuring that the temperature of our meats were perfect. We had an abundance of delicious food, allowing us to pack to- go plates for our group of die - hard Buckeye Fans. Attended a friend’s wedding and had the pleasure to eat some really good barbecue , Q fire catering employees were very accommodating, and the food was excellent the meat melts in your mouth, every thing was flavorful and filling, I booked them for my upcoming event in May. I’m sure the food will be just as good…. So excited!

My Family recently gathered in Arizona to Celebrate Our Mother's 90th Birthday. Being foodies and some of us serious COOKS we dreaded the idea of searching for a Caterer to prepare a meal that we thought we may be able to pull off ourselves. Well, Chef Terry assured me that we would be pleased and he did not disappoint.The ribs were succulent, well seasoned, and falling off the bone. The Tri-tip beef was moist and of great quality, as was the grilled chicken. The Shrimp Alfredo had our guests coming back for seconds and thirds because it was so delish. Let's not forget the bottle of BBQ Sauce that I am still enjoying today....EVERYONE at the party, especially the Honoree, My Mommy, talked about how excellent the food was, and how did I find out about Chef Terry and Q-Fire.I am so glad we decided to relax and have Chef Terry cater the most delicious meal ever for such a memorable occasion. Thank You Chef Terry! Heads Up~You will be catering Our Annual Mother's Day celebration in May :)

Terry and his team at Qfire did an excellent job serving our wedding. We had a very large wedding of over 350 guests. Qfire manned an appetizer grazing station during our cocktail hour and served dinner to all guests Plated style. Dinner was grilled on-site, so it was fresh and hot which was a big appeal to having Qfire cater our wedding. We were able to give all of our guests their choice of chicken breast, brisket, salmon, or portobello mushroom and everyone also got potatoes and broccoli on the side. All of the proteins were excellent and the potatoes were also AMAZING. Qifre also took care of cake cutting. I would highly recommend Qfire to anybody who is considering having them cater their wedding or event!

We had a small (26 people) Christmas party and had the good delivered. We were very disappointed in the holiday menu. The Turkey was not carved Turkey - not sure what it was. Roasted Potatoes and roasted veggies were bland and not thoroughly cooked. Ham was good but a tad dry. We have used BBQ Daddy twice before and got bbq. Both times the food was great and Chef Terry and staff were awesome. I will use them again, just would not recommend the a holiday menu.

Chef Terry and his staff were amazing at our daughter's wedding last month. He served 90+ people and the food was amazing! Guests were asking for his especially delicious Mac'N Cheese recipe:-)The appetizers meatballs were yummy as well. The chicken was so juicy and that's not easy to do with a large group. Chef Terry was so patient and kind with my daughter and her now husband's menu changes. We had great communication with his staff as well and everything went so smoothly. My daughter later told me that when Terry said a few words at the wedding that her friends just loved him! He's Excellent!!!

Qfire did an event in San Diego CA. He was in prepared with supplies and coffee. He travels from AZ , food is prepared but he cuts corners with everything else. Which gives bad service. More reviews to come !
