We always seem to go to capital Grille for birthday celebrations. It's the perfect place. Food is excellent, the waitstaff, friendly and accommodating, perfect ambience with just the right amount of friendly chatter and laughter . We always enjoy the little happy birthday signs on the table and the birthday card. The dessert -scrumptious. April was the perfect person to take care of our table today. Thanks for making it a happy birthday !

The filet mignon was tender and melted in my mouth. Our server was fantastic - friendly, helpful in offering tastes of wine so we could choose our favorite to order. The flourless cake was rich and delicious. We were celebrating a special occasion and everyone on the staff we came into contact with congratulated us. It was a friendly restaurant.

Food & service was wonderful as always. Brendon, our waiter, went above and beyond to make the experience special. I used to always come with passed away in December & he asked where she was, having taken care of us before. At the end of the evening, he brought over some bubbly to toast her memory! The only negative was our table was right in front of the kitchen, so it was a little noisier than usual.

It's always a great time at the Capital Grille! We did have to wait 10 minutes for a table, but that was OK. We just sat at the bar and had a delicious cocktail. The only constructive criticism I have is, there was too much dressing on the wedge salad. Our server was very attentive and professional. Will return.

The Capital Grille was slammed - probably due to Restaurant Week. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservaion - however, EVERY one on the team went out of their way to work together to make the best of the situation. Due to how busy they were, there was quite a bit of time between courses, but again the people on the team made up for it with smiles and apologies - they acknowledged the situation and reacted. Previously we have had amazing service and meals, so we were more than OK with not letting this one experience change our opinion. Looks like this location is very well managed for the team to pull together like they did.

It was a wonderful evening! I come for many occasions and CG is my preferred location. This evening was amazing all around. Service was amazing and Denise provided the best service of all! I treated my sister in law for her bday dinner. Amazing little added touches all night!

The most consistent restaurant in Phoenix. Everything is prepared properly every time. Service is excellent. The steaks are butchered in house daily and that makes all the difference. The best!

This time, with our reservation noting we were celebrating our anniversary, the experience was the best of all the times we have been to Capital Grille. We were seated at a booth with the table perfectly adorned with red rose petals and anniversary decor plus a card. Our server and the entire team were so warm and friendly, both offering well wishes and great service. Of course, appetizer and dinner was superb! Dinner was topped off with a beautifully decorated Happy Anniversary dessert plate. This visit really exceeded our expectations!

Off the chart. Expectations versus experience. What I mean, I am expecting a good dinner place, and what I got was beyond exceptional. The food could not be better prepared. The menu included steak and lobster, and all were cooked perfectly. The quality of the beef was, put it in your mouth and can not speak for a few minutes because the taste was making you pause to reflect upon it. You would say mmmmmm, but that would not be good enough, more like wow! This will be one of my favorite dining experience!

We were celebrating a 64th birthday. From the delicious cocktails to the appetizers to the main course.....everything was prepared perfectly and oh so tasty. To dine at the Capital Grille isn't inexpensive but it is fabulous for a special occasion.
