Staff was prompt, friendly and kind and helped us out with everything we needed. My partner and I tried the herb & noodle salad first which was very tasty flavor wise if not a little salty, but the noodles needed to be cooked a bit longer as the rice noodles were almost crunchy. Not sure if that was intentional but I was not the biggest fan. For mains we got the Meltose broken noodles which was fine, tasty but nothing to write home about. And then the kimchi belly burger which is by a massive margin the best burger I've ever had in my life. The kimchi added the perfect pungent salty bite and the fries were devoured within minutes. For dessert we got the mochi cake which was such a strange texture and way too sweet in my opinion. I took one bite and decided that was enough but my partner liked it. Would honestly just come back for the burger and to try out some of their other dishes but I overall I left confused and the price didn't match the quality/what you get for some of these dishes. Three stars overall which I think reflects the vast variation/inconsistencies in what you might get here.

Interesting place, opens only for dinner and opens late. That's a plus!Parking in the back of the building, east side. Very few parking spots, and will be challenging for large/long vehicles' ingress/egress.Seems like there could be parking at the parknride lot just east of the restaurant and a short walk - ok when weather is nice. Two story building w most of the seating on the 2nd floor thru a very narrow and steep stairs - a problem for patrons w mobility needs.A hand full of 4-sear table and the bar inside, plus another 6-8 tables on the balcony.Drink menu looks interesting.Foods are ok, but not thing to rave about. All in all, a place to go to when nothing else around opens...Wheelchair accessibility: Forget it. Stairs to the dining area on 2nd floor.

This place is amazing, as I have taken different friends to Belly on four separate occasions. I am vegetarian, so this review is based on that. I would say the best dish, hands down, are the seared oyster mushrooms. I went once, and they did not have it, and I would have to say that was the major disappointment (and hence down from five to four stars). Also, I love the green papaya salad the first three times I came, but the last time, there was something missing. The veggie curry is good but not too memorable. Due the unpredictability of the menu, I am unsure if I would return. However, I would still encourage anyone to try this place at least once (especially for the shrooms).

Food, music and service was incredible. I can't wait to come back. Amazing flavors we tried a lot of the menu and it was all a hit. Don't miss dessert. We had kimchi, the scallion and beef sandwich, the softshell crab bun, the broken noodles, the stone bowl with pork belly, all incredible.Parking: 3 regular spots in lot one handicap

I came here to eat. I love Thai food and saw that this place was a hip fusion spot, so I wanted to check it out. The ambience is off the meter here. I would definitely come back for cocktails in the cozy moody space. I ordered the vegetable curry hot pot and the papaya salad. My companion ordered the fried chicken bao, The papaya salad was incredibly dissapointing, I've ordered this salad all over the US and this was the weirdest version. It didn't taste right, the sauce did not have that delicious vinegar and spicy taste that I expected, and the texture of the fruits and veggies was off. It seemed like they might have been previously frozen. They weren't crisp at all. Thankfully the server, Uriel, noticed that we didn't eat it at all and asked how we felt about it. When I told him that it was bad, he took the salad off of our bill. Kudos to him and the entire staff. I interacted with three people and they were all fantastic. The veggie curry was delicious but I was surprised when it came out like a soup, all alone. I had to order a side of rice to make it into more of a meal. For about $15, I expected that the rice would be included, especially because this is pretty standard. Sometimes the rice is even at the bottom of the hot pot. Here you had to pay an extra $2 for rice. My companion had the fried chicken bao. He said it was good but nothing to write home about. I also had a cocktail, I can't remember the name, but I thought it was great. I like the ambience here, but I wouldn't come back to eat. The food is fine, but not great and a little expesive for what you get. It was raining on the day I visited, so I didn't even see a rooftop patio. I bet it would be a fantastic place to sit and have drinks with friends.

I was excited about this place because I always go the one located in Gilbert. I’m not sure if it’s owned by the same people, I would assume that it isn’t for a few different reasons. When I attend the Gilbert location, they always make accommodations for things that aren’t on the menu, nothing extreme but it’s the reason I return.I called this location to order my food thinking they’ll do the same thing here. However, I didn’t automatically assume, I asked if it were possible for them to prepare the bao buns with mushrooms instead of jackfruit. She placed me on hold to ask someone if that were possible and they said yes they would be able to do that. When I get to the restaurant, my food is ready so I pay then walk back to my car. I was really hungry so I planned to eat while I was driving to my destination. Before I took off, I opened up the tray and noticed that instead of mushrooms, they used tofu. Since I was so hungry, I decided that I was gonna still eat it although it wasn’t what I asked for.As I’m getting ready to take a bite, I notice a long strand of hair on my bao bun, which irritated me because not only did they prepare the wrong dish that I was willing to look past, there’s a piece of hair on my food.I go back inside to return the food for a refund and the cook asks me “How can I help you?” I tell him I found hair on my food, he seemed nonchalant about it. And asked what I had ordered. I said the bao buns, then I asked, if he had put mushrooms or tofu inside. He said “Mushrooms with a itty bitty tofu” which wasn’t true because there was no mushrooms at all. He seemed annoyed and said, “well we don’t normally do that so” I’m thinking, well if you don’t normally do it, than why agree to do it if you were gonna do something I hadn’t asked you to do in the first place. It pissed me off even more when I noticed that as he was cooking, he kept combing his hair back out of his face with his fingers because it started to make since where the hair in my food came from. I will not be returning to this location. Not sanitary.

Our first time visiting phoenix and I chose this restaurant for our last night dinner. Even before going in, we loved it. Great mural on the side of the building. The vibes continued when we came in and sat down. Great music, great atmosphere, cool staff. My one complaint was that the menu didn’t list peanuts on the cucumber salad. We had the appetizer, pho with chicken and pork belly clay pot. Finish with the mochi cake, it’s amazing! Would love to return here again someday. Thank you!

We were quickly seated at our choice of an outdoor table which is on their rooftop (up a set of stairs). The mixed drinks were great as well as the food! We got the naga thai tai, spicy hydra, crab bao buns, and korean corn dog.Parking: free parking but limited

The staff was great as well as the atmosphere. The only suggestion I have is that the bar stools need to have a foot rest across the bar and a place to rest your feet around the tables. The stools were a bit uncomfortable.

Food was ok - the lychee soju was soft and elegant. The only issues I had was the pork belly with egg claypot was kinda salty and it was a very small portion for the price. Be aware there are like only 2 parking spots. This place is very small but the bathroom is a vibe!

Absolutely amazing!!

We had a great experience at Belly. We could only get last min reservations at the bar, but we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we were. My gf is a vegetarian and had options to pick from. Our lemon drops were beautifully made thanks to Isis and our food came very quickly. I have no criticism. Thank you for helping me impress on my date.
