This place has hours listed as open but after walking around for 45 min trying to find it the security guard told us it’s only open during events. The security said they get 20-30 people a day asking for this place. The hours needs to be update on Google by the business to reflect the actual hours

We attended the Eagles the Long Goodbye with Steely Dan January 19th 2024. We had Theater box seats in row T29 and the entire experience was above and beyond our expectations. The food Buffet consisted of prime rib and Chilean sea bass among many other options and all of it was exceptional. Most notably the staff at the footprint Center stood out as the most kind, helpful and professional of any venue I've ever had the pleasure to visit.

I have seen a few shows at the Footprint Center and I was surprised to see I had never actually reviewed the venue. It is one of my favorites. It's perfect for concerts. I saw J Lo there with my mother-in-law back in June of I think 2019. We recently went back with my family to see Disney on Ice because my son is almost 3 and he loves Disney. It was part Frozen, part Encanto. Each show ran about 35 to 40 minutes with an intermission in between. The place was so busy, so fun, so exciting. My mother-in-law purchased the parking garage that's adjacent to the venue and I would highly recommend that. We wouldn't have even made it on time if it wasn't for that parking garage. Just give yourself 20 minutes at least because there's tons of traffic leading up to the parking garage. That definitely threw us off. There's tons of food and drink, there's also a lot of vendors to buy toys or merchandise. Be prepared to stand in lines. I was surprised by the bathrooms. There were no changing stations that I saw. It was also not very clean. This was the first show of the day as well. I think it just gets dirty fast because of how many people are there. we had really great seats this time around. We were in section 108. It was directly the middle of the venue so we didn't have to crick your neck or anything like that. They have their Hideaway Cafe that's located on the top floor, as well as box seats, bleacher seats, you name it. it's always fun to get there a little bit early and enjoy the entertainment. There's live music outside, tons of restaurant options, and I would recommend a restaurant nearby named Wren & Wolf. Ultimately, I already can't wait to go back to the Footprint Center. It's a great venue.

We were at the Footprint center for the TSO 3pm show 12/3/23. We got there about 40 minutes early so we had plenty of time to be in our seats before the show started. We stood in line waiting to get in the venue, it took so long as we got through security the concert was starting, needless to say be the time we got to our seats we had missed the first 2 songs. We also had to find our seats in the dark and there was no usher in site. There were people in our seats finally an usher came to help. When I speak with the security people, there wasn't even a "sorry this happened", they just didn't care. I made the comment "I guess I would have to be talking to someone who cared" the women that I was talking to smiled and nodded yes, the man said nothing. If you want to see the concert you have no choices of the venue so they have a captive audience, but I would think I should be able to expect concern for the patrons. We loved the concert.

I went for a game, I thought it was actually pretty cool. It's a really large arena, but they keep it pretty clean overall from what I could see. I got to see behind the curtain and the back was really clean but the further up you went, the floor got stickier and stickier lol. But I guess that's to be expected. But at least the staff was really nice and helped finding seats was really easy. I would go back for another game here for sure!

Will not attend an event at this venue again. Seats were so tight and no leg room. Was a very uncomfortable 4hrs. Parking for 4hrs $52.

Went to the suns v lakers game with my boyfriend, the arena was beautiful and our seats were amazing! Only downside is the drinks are expensive.

Ticketmaster has become the worst customer service organization. They used to be good but online services don't pan out. Today I bought tickets to a concert online and the code didn't work to get preferred pricing. Of course there was nothing they could do for me after the tickets were purchased they claim. I live in Phoenix where we have a number of concert venues. I'm done with ticketmaster's policies and procedures. I'll let you all experience the beauty of ticketmaster customer service. Good luck.

Went to see The Eagles Hotel California concert & there was NO FUN ALLOWED!!! Noone was allowed to stand, dance or have fun. If you stood up you got threatened to get kicked out. The staff was so strict & just not what a concert should be like. I'm spending thousands of dollars for concerts & would like to enjoy the experience. I really hope they lighten up & realize these concerts aren't broadway musicals or plays & we spend a lot of money to enjoy these artists. Not much fun for the artists to have the crowd just sitting still in their seats & having no energy. I went to 2 concerts at the Talking stick Amphitheatre in the middle of the hottest summer ever & had more fun there. Their staff stays on top of things but at least they let you have some fun. I worry now & think twice about how much I spend when I hear an musician or band I want to see is playing at this venue.

Alright, the venue is great, but charging $9.00 for a 16 oz. water is not great. For you math magician's, that $72.00 a gallon for filtered Dasani water. You can do better, beer is a better value. I don't always want to drink beer. You are pricing people out of the fun to be had.

I have never been to a basketball game, however, I'm open to try new things, right? I was blown away by the size and production value of Footprint Center. The Arizona Mercury & Las Vegas Aces were playing Friday night. I had a blast at the game! They had an amazing hip hop team that stepped up to the court several times to perform, a smaller hip hop team "The Golden Grannies" performed one time, and they had late 90s- early 2000s hits playing nonstop. The facilities were clean and updated with the latest technology. The concessions were diverse- they had a legit pizza company and cold beers & cheeseburgers available. I wish all sports centers were like this!

I've been an avid event goer supporting various sporting events and many music events hosted here for many years (as well as others in the valley). I saw a show here last week and I wish I was kidding when I say covering costs for concessions, which included a couple rounds of water and canned beverages it cost me as much as my electric bill this month in AZ. How does this venue justify charging $27.50 for a canned beverage? Come on Footprint Center. This isn't just inflated prices due to (insert justification here). This is something else. The venue always great but you all need to take a look at what you're charging or allow patrons some flexibility on what they can bring inside in unopened containers. Absurd.

They don't tell you on the website, but security will confiscate your EMPTY WATER BOTTLE at entry so that you're forced to pay $10 for water or be dehrdrated. Ridiculous and inhumane. Greedy Footprinter Center overcharging for water! Sustainability, my butt. Shame on you!
