And as if that wasn't bad enough, our smoothie order got pushed to the back of the line because the server wanted to make the bowls first since (he/she) had to go to the back and make the smoothie (he/she) wanted to make it last, the server served us after people who came in way after us. We ended up waiting for 30 freakin' minutes! It's like they don't care at all about being efficient or treating customers right. If you actually want decent service, don't bother coming here. Upon entering, we were greeted not with a welcome but with a cold "We close at 6, and I'll try to get to you" from the staff. It quickly became clear that this wasn't just an offhand comment. Despite being early in line, we were explicitly told our smoothie order would be processed last, after everyone else's—even those who arrived after us. This wasn't just an idle warning; she proceeded to take and fulfill every other order before ours, leaving us waiting an unjustifiable 30 minutes for a single smoothie. This level of service was not only inefficient but also felt pointedly dismissive. So, a fair warning: if you value respectful treatment and efficient service, this establishment might disappoint.

A decent Acai bowl but tastes and feels a lot more like a soft serve yogurt than a standard Acai bowl. A bit too sweet and the Acai blend itself isn't as natural tasting as other spots. This is a decent place for a dessert style Acai bowl perhaps but not great if your looking for a more nutrient healthy option.

Similar disappointing experience that others shared about not getting what you pay for with their bowls. I imagine that the photos with the bowls that are full are either fake or they are lacking quality control.

Terrible service. I don't know why they have an online system if they will leave your order until last. They kept attending everyone else who came in and made me wait over an hour for my orders. Their website says to call for big orders, we called to put it in and they said to do it online but once I go in to pick up the girl says "next time you're putting in a big order, you should just call the other location" lazy people.

I'd love to give this place a good review but 12 minutes before 6pm I was told by the gal she is no longer serving customers because she is behind on cleaning up. This was after already standing inside looking at the menu for a few minutes. Terrible customer service.
Obsessed! I'm picky about my açaí bowls and Berry Divine has the best. I love that the açaí is super cold and kind of like a froyo consistency, it helps it from melting so quickly even on a hot day. The staff is always really friendly too, I would eat here everyday if I could!

Sign says open but apparently they couldn’t take my order ? 20minutes before closing ? at least flip the sign to closed or put up a sign letting us now prior instead of having us wait in line just to tell us you can’t take our order.

The big Kahuna bowl I believe is the name of our bowls. It was very good, one thing I'll mention is the all of the almond butter was at the bottom and frozen. Maybe it could be layered throughout? Drizzle nice amount throughout, on top to incorporate all the flavors and fruit with it because it's really a delicious bowl you have and that would set it off tasting it all together!
