The Bikini Lounge is a classic dive bar on Grand Ave with a cool old school vibe. It is cash only and the bartender was a bit off but we still had a fun time drinking cheap beers and soaking in the atmosphere.

Great bar! Only downside is they are cash only, and the atm has a fee inside so feels a bit trapping with no signage postage out front..would still get lit here another night tho

Came here for the first time and will never be back. The bartender was completely out of line — she made a rude comment about my red face (I have rosacea) and then refused to serve me for no reason before kicking out our whole group of six. Super unprofessional and honestly just mean. We were all excited to check this place out, but she ruined the night. If management cares about their customers, they might want to take a closer look at who they have behind the bar.

Bikini Lounge is a really great dive bar. There's no food options. The decor, Bartender and locals are the heart and sole of keeping it alive. It is one of the cleanest dive bars I have been to. It is the oldest continuous open running bars in Phoenix. I highly rate and suggest this establishment. It is a CA$H bar only.

You will encounter all kinds of characters here… it’s always a vibe 😅 only downside is it’s cash only. Oldest bar in Phoenix and you can tell when you walk in but that’s part of the charm. “602uesdays” DJ was a vibe

Both bathroom doors do not shut and lock, also there was a heavy chemical fume aroma in there. Not like a cleaning chemical, but like old glue? I think it was the paint, but it smelt so weird and heavy. CASH ONLY BAR. 75 cents to play pool but no option to swipe card. Got a gin/tonic and whiskey/coke for 6$ each. While playing pool I asked if they could play music because it was so quiet and their response is that there’s a juke box you can pay to play music… I’ve never been to a bar that doesn’t play music and charges to do so. I liked the Tiki vibe, but overall it was a very poor experience. The bar needs some minimal updating, even for a dive bar which is my favorite type of bar.
Had fun at this place. Atmosphere was phenomenal. You need to bring cash though. But I kinda like that old school way of payment sometimes.

Came here specifically because it looked like a fun place to celebrate our daughter turning 21 (a week after her bday). They “can’t accept vertical IDs”. Can’t accept a valid, current ID?! Ok. Great. Just blew uber money coming here. Thanks for not accepting valid government issues IDs.🙄
