I usually love bird call but the size of this chicken sandwich that I paid $10 for tonight was way too small. It was extremely disappointing opening my food when I got home. I ordered in the drive through this time. I’m shocked that an employee would use this chicken patty for a customer’s sandwich. As you can see in the photo, it is smaller in diameter than the tomato that was also on the sandwich.

I just moved into the neighborhood and wanted to check it out so I placed an online order. I got distracted, and when I arrived it had been an hour. Sarah offered to remake my order and I told her I could pay again. She said not to worry about it. I sat at the bar and drank a lemonade while I waited for the food, and she and I chatted.
The lemonade was perfectly tangy, not too sweet. I got the bird in a box with a Nashville slider, Nashville tenders, and the tater tots. The tots have this (i think she said) tiger seasoning? It was so freaking good. The chicken was juicy and delicious.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The night crew from last night really needs some retraining on customer service. First time trying birdcall and we won't be back. The food was amazing but the customer service was horrible. We came close to closing and instead of the crew bagging our food up. It was served as dine in. Only for them to shut out the lights while we were sitting there eating. We had to ask for bags to pack our food up and leave. IT COULD HAVE ENDED WAY DIFFERENT! DO BETTER BIRDS!!!

The chicken sandwiches are delicious, so are the tots, and the lemonade. If you like pimento get the southern. Some like it hot, get the buffalo. The chicken strips are filling as well.

The service was outstanding. 4 people was over $80 dollars with tax. The best way to describe it is a Chick-fil-A that serves booze and the service and politeness is over the top. the food was good but I wasn't blown away. The shakes were alright. It was a good experience and the food was done well, will eat there again sometimes.

The food and service are great but beware of the cups..I lost my hole drink putting the straw in the cup and closing the lid. Very thin...needed up wearing the drink and all over floor at work ?

They claim some of their food is gluten free and it is NOT! A shame and poor business practice that makes some people very very ill.
