Birdcall - All Natural Chicken

I ventured into this establishment for the first time a few days ago. I purchased the Southern Slaw chicken sandwich and made it extra spicey. It was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had thus far other than the one my Mom made growing up. Fried chicken is perfection, the spice was spot on. The slaw was perfectly blended and I am a coleslaw snob. The dab of pimento just elevated this to another notch up. Liked it so much I ordered another one to go. The service was very helpful since it was my first time in and ordering from their screens and navigating it. I will be back to try their various accoutrements. Definitely getting the Southern Slaw Chicken sandwich. The place was snappy with color scheme and very clean. I would love a Birdcall location down the street from me now.

This place is INCREDIBLE!! Being in town from the east coast, I wish we had this back home!! Easily the best chicken place around, the chicken tastes so good, the service is great, and vibe is there too. Bird all, you’re bound to go places with this food. Remember to expand east and get me some Birdcall in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!!

P.s.: order the chicken tenders and Caesar sandwich!!

BirdCall has interesting promotions, but be wary when it comes time to checkout. I expected to pay one amount—only to be alerted that I needed to spend a MINIMUM of $16.75 to take advantage of the September Chicken Tenders promo. No where on the promotional text is it indicated that a minimum amount was required to use this promo. I have used other BirdCall promos before and never had this stipulation attached.

I should've known from the wait time this was going to be a bad time. Sauces were old and chicken was cold. Ordered a southern sandwich and the slaw tastes as if it had been in stock for Days maybe even a week. I dont understand why the slaw was so wet and runny, and the cabbage had 0 crispness. My lemonade taste to say the least, expired. It was a truly an awful meal. The front of the place was dead so I couldn't even raise an issue about the debauchery that was my meal. All the workers were in the kitchen and there wasn't a manager in sight. I almost felt bad having an issue because its truly not the employees fault. This is a direct reflection of failing management. I was around for birdcalls opening and to say the least, it is decreased in value. I wont be returning my business here going further.

Recently tried Birdcall for the first time and was really impressed by the chicken & the house sauces! Didn’t try one of their drinks, but their little bar area is cute. Everyone seems friendly and I will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable! We ate in here and the atmosphere was not that of the modern fast food experience where it's sterile and uncomfortable. It's easy to order at the kiosk and the lady at the counter was very friendly. Their system of ordering and then waiting at your food was straightforward with a little countdown icon on their screen so you know approximately how long it will be and then it tells you what cubby your order is in, when it's ready.

The food itself was prepared when we ordered it, not beforehand, and therefore was HOT and delicious. We noted that even someone else who got there just before us but went through the drive thru had the same amount of wait as we did to get their order. Personally, I appreciate this, because lukewarm food is neither desirable nor tasty.

I would definitely come back here and try more things, but the DELUXE sandwich and FRIES we had were perfect. The selection of drinks was also delicious.

Tater tots were cold and ranch taste spoiled. The workers don't greet you when you walk in and don't even call out your order when it's ready.

Well, we didn't even get to experience the food due to bad vibe from a employee walking in. we arrived early cause we were on the side of town but she gave us a dirty look like what are we doing here that being said if the employee was like that then i dont expect a good experience.
