I’ve been coming to this restaurant for about a year and a half now, and it’s consistently been one of my go-to spots. The tacos are always amazing—full of flavor, fresh, and made just right every time.
The portions are great for the price, which makes it even better. You definitely feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. Another thing I really appreciate is how clean the place is, especially the bathrooms—they’re always well kept, which says a lot about the restaurant overall.
What really keeps me coming back, though, is the customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and on point. They make you feel welcome every time you walk in.
It’s not easy to find a place that stays this consistent over time, but this restaurant definitely delivers. If you’re looking for great tacos, good value, and excellent service, I highly recommend it.

Horrible service. My family and I walk in. 1. No greeting. We walk to the register as it’s our first time and we have no idea if it’s open seating or not. As we are standing waiting we are looking at the menu and all we hear coming from the back of house is.
One lady: “can someone help me with the ppl up front”
Another employee #1: “if they want they can leave I don’t care” Another employee #2: “ say it louder”
Then one of those two employees walks past my husband and I and whispering “ they can leave I don’t care”
We walked out.

I went to Birria Queen with my dad today and let me just start out by saying it was the greatest Birria Tacos I’ve ever had.
Starting with the customer service: We walked into the store and approached the gentleman at the till, it was our first time there so we had no idea what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful in pointing out to us what to expect with the food and even recommended an egg-roll style Birria Burrito that he had invented. Throughout the entire interaction he was super helpful with us making our decision on what we wanted to eat and even explained the portion sizes so we knew what we would be ordering.
Moving onto the food, it was amazing. After waiting maybe 5 minuets at most our food, it finally arrived and man it was what we expected and more. The consommé was perfect and the tacos tasted amazing. Everything was greatly seasoned and the mix between the cheese, meat, and crunch was just perfect. After finishing with our Tacos we decided to try the egg-roll style Birria burritos he recommended and oh my god they were AMAZING! They were incredibly filling, went perfect with the consommé and were just perfect overall, I would say the only complaint I had at all was the cheese was a little much but honestly that didn’t even bother me at all with how great they were.
Moving into the atmosphere the inside of the store was great, the tables were nice and evenly spread apart which was amazing because I find most places unlike here seem kind of claustrophobic. The inside design was a very nice adobe style with a green wreath like wall that added a nice touch.
Overall this place was a 10/10 in my books! The food and the service were just amazing, and an added bonus too was it was honestly pretty cheap for the food. I would 100% recommend anyone in the Phoenix area come to this restaurant, it was amazing! Will for sure be coming back.

Tried the new Birria Burrito. It’s PERFECT! Use the dipping sauce and OMG. Had the Queso Birria taco and again. I didn’t talk, I just devoured both of them. This place is now a new staple for me. Great friendly service and prices are super affordable. $10-15 each person and your stuffed when you leave

I have never tasted salsa like theirs in my entire life, absolutely delicious and seriously spicy! Huge kick! 🌶️
There was a bit of a language barrier since I don’t speak Spanish and the server didn’t speak English, but that didn’t stop her from providing the absolute best service with kindness and care.
I ordered two Birria tacos with consomé, the chilaquiles with asada, beans, and two eggs, plus a can of Dr Pepper. I was offered a free side of rice, and before I even finished my meal, I was surprised with what I believe was a quesabirria taco (third photo) and wow, I would’ve ordered that in a heartbeat! It was perfectly crunchy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor.
The tortillas were handmade and fresh, you can taste the love and authenticity in every bite. It truly felt like a home-cooked meal from someone’s nana. I’m so glad I found this place! It’s officially my new favorite restaurant, and I highly recommend it.
My entire meal was $30, and I happily tipped $20. Worth every penny! 💯
