I called twice to place an order and was immediately hung up on both times. I called a third time to place a pick up order and the guy answering the phone asked me what location I wanted to order from because they have two. I said we come there all the time. He was so unbelievably rude when all I was trying to do was place a pick up order for my family. Unreal that you would treat a customer like that. Do not go here. I decided not to order because I could not for the life of me understand why someone would be so rude for no reason.

Waited 40 minutes with no food and no service. They sat us down and brought our drinks and forgot about us. After we brought up the issue that we still didnt have our food, the right thing to do would have been to offer us a discount at least for our drinks but they didnt seem to care. So if youre hungry, dont go there. Plus their coffee sucks. And they have the audacity to have a tip jar.

Have been here before and food was good. Today was not the same, service was horrible. Waitress took our order and 30 minutes later never came back for an update or to check in with us. Place was not packed like our prior visit. We then asked for manager on duty and told them about our wait, they just said they could cancel our order and charged us 25.00 for drinks. HORRIBLE! No apology for the service or an update on the delay. Will not be coming back here again!

If I could leave a negative review, I would. I’ve been a loyal customer of TNT Beauty Eyebrow Threading for years, and ever since this restaurant moved in next door, I’ve noticed ongoing issues that affect the eyebrow business and its customers. On this particular day, the restaurant decided to reserve all three parking spaces directly in front of the building — spaces that have no “Reserved” signage at all. I understand if they want to use certain spaces, but it should be clearly marked. Instead, an employee was standing outside, running up to cars and yelling at people not to park there, claiming the spaces were reserved. If a parking space is truly reserved, there should be proper signs indicating that. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to nearby businesses and customers. Because of this behavior, I would never support or spend my money at this establishment.
The service was terrible we waited long for everything and the food I expected to be WAY better was not. I was not happy with my food and barely touched it! I would not recommend this place!!

We ordered bfast from this business and it was worth the money and calories! We had a simple bfast burrito and huevos rancheros, it was the best we’ve had in a while. Also, the cucumber lemonade was some of the best I’ve ever tasted! This will be our go to for our favorite meals!
