I recently visited this location with a friend for breakfast. Our server was Jillian. She had a very cheerful attitude and took good care of us. Other staff also stopped and asked if we needed anything,water or more coffee. The food was very good, my favorite is the almond French toast. I will go back to this Biscuits.

I asked the lady how much for a omelette and she said 20.00, so that should be the complete meal. But she charged me for just the omlete.so all i recieved was just the omlette for 20.00 unbelivable.ill never go there again

I ordered here on Yelp and grub hub took the order and didn't send it over to the location until 30 minutes or more after I had ordered. So when I arrived they hadn't received my order. Thankfully the staff there is so amazing they look over my order on my phone and helped me get the order I placed for four adults right away which was incredible. Biscuits Cafe I would happily go back again but ordering through Yelp or grub hub never again! I'll just contact them directly since Yelp and Grub Hub don't have their stuff together!

We where seated and never spoke to again. We watched other people who where seated after us being taken care of. After 25 minutes of being ignored we finally said something. They had no legitimate excuse as to why we where ignored. Unacceptable.

believe this location has staying issues. we were ok with the wait, only concern is the cleanliness. you literally can feel the sticky floor . table setting also were all dirty.

Horrible service. Came in at around 1130 after getting stranded in Houston from a connector flight issue. Received some meal vouchers from the airline. I had a $20 meal and the waitress ended up using all Of my meal vouchers I’m assuming to leave themselves a higher tip as none of them work the next day.Service was also very rude. However, they were extremely busy at the time. I typically don’t like leaving Bad reviews, but This was particularly not my favorite

Every time we come here the staff acts like you don’t exist. Just get our name seems to be an inconvenience. AND you’ll never get refills. I don’t care to be called darling, honey, or sweetheart just so you can take my or bring my order along with my check at the same time. They desperately need new servers that try to care. Today just 2 of us long wait time and plenty of seats 20+ waiting
