The food was not very good. My ham was kind of fatty and was not my favorite. The hash browns were pretty good and the server was so polite and friendly. She made the experience better since we didn't enjoy the food very much.

Typically very good food and service. Only suggestion is if you don't have a dedicated hostess or cashier and leave that responsibility to your servers, then ensure your servers either take payment at the table or respond to customers waiting to pay at the register timely. What was a pleasant experience gets quickly diminished if your customer has to wait to pay. This is poor management of the customer experience, not the fault of the server, solely the fault lies on management.
