Our server was excellent and very attentive yet not intrusive. We shared the lunch special cheeseburger and fries and the Asian Chicken salad as well as a personal size pizookie. Everything was very good. I was surprised that the chicken on the salad was cold. It was delicious nonetheless. We always enjoy BJ's.

Nicole, our server was absolutely incredible . So kind , above and beyond service - one of our favorite places to dine as a family

We had a great dinner here! Our server, Justin, was very attentive and friendly! We never had to ask for anything, he remembered and noticed everything. We had a great experience! Our ribeye was cooked perfectly and had great flavor, the fries were great, and the calamari had a perfect breading and wasn’t rubbery at all. We would definitely come back!
Also, the pizookies are so good!

Thanks for removing my review earlier. My name is Ahana Adak, and I do NOT like BJS. The steak I got was undercooked and almost raw. The caesar salad is overpriced for the way it tasted. The salad tasted old and bitter. The six mac and cheese balls were not worth it for the price we had to pay. The guacamole was brown and almost moldy. Overall, the food was terrible and bitter tasting. Thanks. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to watch NFL playoff games and place was hoppin! Service in the bar was great. Tried the Brussel sprouts with a honey glaze cooked perfectly. We got a couple different pizzas going with the medium deep dish and a flatbread one. Both done great but wish the flatbread had a bit more crisp.

I've been here many times. Today was for lunch and the service was poor. Slow, tried to give us someone else's food and never picked up our dishes. Food has gotten too expensive... at least for lunch.

I don't usually write reviews but I figured I'd take the time today. I order take out once or twice a week and the girl at the counter Anastasia is always super nice and makes sure we have everything we ordered. Loves BJs and the kind service from Anastasia makes it that much better!

My husband and I went on a little date night after seeing the pazookie meal deal and it was delicious BUT what made our night was our server Justin! He was very attentive and friendly even though he seemed very busy with all his tables. We will be back soon!

Great service and food definitely going back. As we love the atmosphere along with the servers in management.

Appreciate that we could make a reservation ahead of time as the restaurant was very busy when we arrived. The waiter was attentive, the food was great, and we particularly enjoyed the pazookie meal deal. Only downside: the light bulb above our booth kept flickering, which was annoying, but the waiter did what he could to try to fix it (to no avail, but he tried). I appreciate the service and the food was great!

Kate the Great was awesome! Ask for Kate. She's a very attentive and considerate server. Very kind, too.

Great Service! The food was excellent; the drinks were excellent. There was something for everyone in our party that included 3 generations. When a mix-up occurred with one person's meal, our server was quick to remedy the issue. She also handled the allergies so well. We'd go again. Especially when you can make reservations for larger parties online.

THe service receives a very high mark. The food was very mediocre and the prime rib was not rare as ordered. We were told nicely that there was no more prime rib that could be offered at rare. The most frustrating thing was finding the restaurant. It is in Desert RIdge and the GPS did not have good directions. We called the restaurant twice in our attempt to find it and neither person on the phone gave good directions. It honestly took almost a half an hour to locate it. Parking was full everywhere. I am handicapped and not enough handicapped spaces. When we FINALLY found it and I walked in and I asked the staff if people in general commented on how hard it was to find the response was “All the time.” You need to figure out a way to address this. The best part of the meal was the dessert and we decided if we ever returned to the restaurant we would simply go there after an event just to have dessert.
