Black Angus Steakhouse

I received this email recently. I loved this location for its ambiance and great service. I went to the Arrowhead location which had great service but the atmosphere was small, forced, and as my bf said BASIC.

Ooooh my goooooooodness!!! Best steak I've ever had!!! Im usually nervous to order med rare steak.... but this place made it wonderfully!!!

We split a steak and lobster special. It was cooked to perfection. Molassas bread was fresh made and delicious. Great service, place was very clean

our server was excellent & the food was delicious!

smiling helpful friendly courteous kind cheerful efficient staff.. enjoyed molasses bread delicious chilled salad ( large enough for 2) perfect rib eyes..1 roasted.. the other grilled .. hot fresh vegetables green beans and broccoli cooked just right...mmm

The food made up for the service. Our waiter was fidgety and slammed things on the table. He forgot to keep our drinks filled. But the food was amazing. I really think our waiter to was high on something..... Oh well. It happens I guess. I may just go to another location in the future.

Amber, our server, was fantastic! Her caring, personable and quality service made our experience at Black Angus Metro Phoenix a fun and enjoyable one! Our dinners were tasty! The steaks and included Atlantic lobsters were delicious! We will definitely come again!

Menu is tailored to an older crowd to put it kindly. Food preparation is still good. I love the deep, tall booths here. Each booth is like it's own private room. I also love the bar here. It's very quiet. I like to watch games here when I'm not into a noisy sports bar atmosphere. Been coming here periodically for 30 years, and will keep coming back.

Good service. giving them the benefit that they do have better food than we got. The skins were over cooked and had dripping grease coming off. (That's my fault,I know better) it should be a crime to harvest artichokes that small. They were good though.

I have been to other Black Angus so I decided to go while I was in Phoenix area.As soon as we entered we could smell something musty.We ordered simple steak and it was just awful. It was stale,chewy & dry, the soup was cold.

Delicious steaks. Best I have had in Arizona thus far. Had some comfort food, Mac and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Green Beens along with the Medium Well porter House...... So delicious. Good service. The waiter patiently waited for all of us to order entrees, appetizers and drinks.

Can't brag enough about this place. Great coupons, great prices, fantastic service and food. The portions leave you so full. One of the few restaurants that still honors special occasions with a comp dessert too

Food is usually good and worth the money that you pay. We never go without a coupon. You can get them emailed to you monthly, or check the newspapers. Wait staff are well trained and work hard to please their guests.

Average in every way. Service was average, nothing above and beyond. I felt like they could care less if I were there. Food was average too. My steak was cooked to order, a little under seasoned (I get it) my issue was the asparagus. It was not trimmed what so ever but minor details. We were also seated towards the back (bussers,severs..etc) and their use of language was rather poor but again service industry- i more than understand. Someone else in my situation maybe wouldn't. In all average and won't go back
