Got a latte at 6 bucks they ask me if i want flavor i tell em caramel and they charge .80 c extra for that.I just left…never again.This place is an absolute ripoff….starbucks never charges extra for anything…im going to take my bussines there

Just driving through PHX & needed an afternoon shot of caffeine. We really don’t like the big corporate coffee shops & wanted to keep our money local even with such a small, spontaneous purchase. The staff was friendly & patient w us as we scoured their menu. Not only was the coffee great but the donut holes were amazing. We’ll swing by for another cup next time we’re in AZ. Thanks.

I love this place, but it has definitely become hit-or-miss with both the service and the food. Sometimes the food is amazing but the service is poor. Other times the service is great but the food is disappointing. Occasionally, both are great, and other times both are poor. From my experience, this kind of inconsistency is pretty standard in most businesses, so it usually doesn’t bother me too much.
That said, I didn’t think it was worth leaving feedback when my food arrived smashed, when sauce spilled in the package, or even when I noticed the staff tipping themselves once. However, this morning I received a very poorly made matcha latte, and since drinks are supposed to be this place’s specialty, I felt it was worth mentioning. Usually my drinks are overly rich, but this one looked and tasted like plain water. I couldn’t even tell if it was clean water, which honestly grossed me out.

My only recommendation is thay they refridgerate more Fuel so that when I pick up my order, the ice doesn't melt when they poor a room temp can into a cup with ice. I end up having a slightly to non-carbonated beverage. The 35th ave and Greenway location has the least amount of those instances in my experience.

The folks who work here are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The atmosphere is cozy and trendy the way only a coffee shop can be. However, the drive thru gets backed up horribly and blocks people from backing out of their parking spots. Also the food is mediocre overpriced coffee chain food. 4 stars because the employees are just phenomenal and pleasant!
