Love love love Black Rock and I go several times a week religiously... However, just about every time I hit up the drive through at this location my order is wrong. This morning I asked for no cinnamon and my drink was covered with it. Last time I asked for a carmel truffle and got some weird Americano. The time before that I got some Irish cream drink I didn't order. I mentioned it casually to the new blonde girl at the window and no 2 f's were given which is hard since I spend so much money there and ALWAYS tip. So not sure what the deal is but It's turning into a waste of money at this point. I may have to start driving out of my way to Better Buzz where the drinks are always excellent or they make it right without hesitation. Update to business owner: Form completed- please let me know if there's anything else you need from me.

Look better from the outside than it really is. Not much of a layout inside. Certainly could not compete with Starbucks or the local coffee shops.

I would give this place 5 stars BUT if you are coming here to do some online work expecting fast internet, go somewhere else.They use a low speed, high latency CenturyLink connection. You can get faster speeds with a 5G cell phone.I have the lowest tier most BASIC Cox home internet and my service is MUCH faster. Why they aren't using either Cox or fiber is beyond me considering the amount of equipment they have connected, employees devices, and customers connecting. It's bottlenecked.One of my expectations for paying $6 for a cup of coffee is fast, professional grade Internet. They aren't even using WiFi 6 with better security.Had to take my overpriced coffee to the library to get my work done.I won't be back.

If you want a change of pace from Starbucks and don’t have the energy to deal with the employees at Dutch bros, Black Rock Coffee is your best bet!I honestly prefer their coffee over the other options. It always tastes great and the service is exceptional! 5/5 Stars! Best coffee shop in AZ⭐️☕️ ?
