Very bad customer Service i always order the Blonde espresso ice coffee its good but today they forgot to add the expresso to my coffee so I had to go all the way back for them to remake our drinks! ! The manager remade it for me but she was so rude about it! Black Rock definitely needs to train their employees better customer service..

Was going on a 5 hour drive and didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the food. This isn’t my first experience with Black Rock but it is my first negative experience. Usually I hit Black Rock in Tucson when I visit family and I enjoy their coffee. I’m going to give 3 stars only because of the times I’ve visited this company in general, I’ve had great experiences.
Unfortunately my only negative experience happened to be this location. I stopped by this morning, service was great, wait time was great, coffee was great like usual. The bacon Gouda sandwich on the other hand, terrible.
The bun and bacon were beyond burnt on one whole side, completely unenjoyable. I hope it was just an isolated incident just so anyone else doesn’t run into issues with the food.

Had a gift card of $10, woman with nightmare before Christmas tattoos didn't charge the gift card an ran my card full price insetead of remaining from $10 of $18.54 when I told her I had a gift card that had never been used, an they gave us smaller cups for our coffee when we said large. Won't go there again

I fell in love with my local Black Rock Coffee Bar when it first opened. Now it's just a gamble on what my daily $11 coffee will be. Order the same thing probably 5 days a week. IT IS NEVER THE SAME. Some days it's good, I can taste the coffee, Lil hazelnut, blended well. Other days it tastes like they put one shot in some milk. Over blended it, forgot the correct amount of shots. Let alone the 2 extra I ask and pay for..... and they hand it to you with a smile everytime.... and I leave with a frown 3 out of 5 visits. If you question it they look at you like you are speaking Japanese so I don't even bother lol Time to find a new coffee joint for my caffeine fix.

The best coffee I've had in a long time! It's tastes amazing and is 100% consistent no matter who makes my coffee or which location I go too. Everyone is always super friendly and it makes for such an awesome experience! 100x better than Starbucks. And Dutch bros.

I'm from California and was visiting my sister in Arizona, she took me here and OMG!!! THE COFFEE IS SO DELICIOUS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME So now when in Arizona, this will definitely be my go to coffee ☕️
I just want to give a shot out to Michelle. She was so patient with me. My fav food item has been discontinued so I was having trouble picking a new item. Thank you so much Michelle for being so kind and sweet with me. It is very rare to get awesome customer service nowadays. There was another sweet lady but I did not get her name. Shout out to Griffin (dude reddish/brown hair?) anyway I forgot I canceld my old debit card noght before and new one didnt come in, wasnt aure why it was declining until I remembered thst. Anyway I was driving away and he shouted out like hey heres the coffee, he was kind enough to give me the drink. Been coming here for years that was really nice. (Dont worry wont forget again, its still embarassing to do that.)
