Waited 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru for them to finally say their espresso machine was working. Not only did I waste an insane amount of time in a drive thru, making me late for work, but I didn’t even get coffee.

I've had some small issues with my orders lately, just things like missing my whipped cream on top or something, but I don't even mind. All the folks working here are so charming and kind, the drinks are always delicious, and they always get me out in a reasonable amount of time. I always enjoy my stops here.
