Wasn’t greeted today as I came in ,Batista seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Decided to come in as there were like 10 cars in drive through and only 3 people inside well big mistake , they cleared out drive through and I was still waiting so where the 3 people inside I think close to 20 min, when I was inside there was a girl the came from the back eating chewing food as she was making orders and the other one on FaceTime .

Not a fan of the microwaved egg in the bacon gouda sandwich. The English Muffin is not toasted and probably goes in the microwave too. The white chocolate breve was way too sweet and they also force you to use the app if you want points.

This location gets 3 stars. I LOVE black rock. But this location misses too often. I often get my drinks made wrong by them or they are super warm. No one wants a warm drink! The workers are super nice but I think they may (or at least a few) get lazy or overwhelmed and don’t try. There definitely needs to be some talk about how to give the same experience, and consistency especially since people spend money on it!!

This review is for the 3322 E Greenway location. The associate at the window was kind during the stress of the morning rush; however, my order was awful. I ordered two London Fogs. One tasted like milk and vanilla flavoring while the other like milk with a hint of tea and neither drinks were hot nor warm. They did not at all taste like they should. The coffee order (a hazelnut cappuccino) was alright but more like latte. A donut which was stale and very hard, my friend refused to eat it. The egg bites were good. I spent over 20$ on this order and the majority of it was not edible. I was very disappointed as I frequent Black Rock often, just not this location.

I had a question about the sugar-free Blue Lagoon, and Ivy was so helpful. She literally measured out the ingredients for me so I could figure out the calories. She was super positive the whole time, and the customer service was honestly amazing. Thank you!

As we sat at a table, a patron entered with a pet dog, (not a service dog). The dog jumped up and rested its paws on the counter where drinks are served, and the server encouraged the dog to continue by making a fuss and petting it. We complained, and the patron ultimately left, but only after he threatened physical harm. We stayed for quite a while at our table, and the entire time we were there, the server did not wipe down the counter. Instead, they continued serving new customers at the dirty counter. Oh, and they mixed up our order. Not darkening this door again.

Update: The manager implemented feedback and changed the music vibe to be an acceptable level and to no one's surprise, the in-house was filled with people! Before it was a ghost town. Thank you for listening to your customers! Come check this place out!
Let me be clear, this is an excellent location and I want to see it thrive - it's emblematic of what Starbucks used to be: a place to congregate with community, do your best work, or get lost in a provoking book. The loud obnoxious house music diminishes all of that. (Update: Again, music has been changed thankfully!)
Morning crew has it dialed. Always great customer service no matter how busy it is. Great music choices too, whether it be The Smiths or Hip-Hop.

I usually enjoy going to Black Rock, but my last few visits have left a lot to be desired. As employees, you aren't just filling orders - you are running a business.
It's clear that leadership is lacking at this particular location. I witnessed a customer service situation with another customer; the staff was not able to properly deescalate, nor were they able to address the issues that followed with other customers. Long waits (~20 minutes to get our coffees), saw employees prioritizing changing 1/2 full garbage or refilling already full ice bins, instead of communicating with the growing line of patrons. None of us waiting to place an order or pickup an online order were talked to; and then when addressed it was not apologetic nor professional - it was filled with attitude.
Employees were inefficient in their use of time, and caused further delays by not using this time to prioritize the growing order list or deescalate using customer service techniques to appease customers already waiting for 15+ minutes. Several others received their coffees before mine, showing proof the team was inundated and could not handle how best to address the issues they were experiencing.
There were less than 5 people in line, but it was far too much for this team to handle with the drive through as well.

Great atmosphere! Service was great and the ham & cheese croissant was delish. DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE. I got a large caramel latte, and with tip it was over $8.... for something that honestly just tasted like milk. At least it didn't taste *bad*, like my friends' coffee. I've heard the energy drinks are better, so get those. NOT. COFFEE.
