Customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever had at a coffee shop, and I’ve been to A LOT, in the US and abroad. I went a while back and even shared feedback thru the app and no one ever got back to me. The girls argued with me about my order when I politely asked them to fix it, and one even rolled her eyes when I went back to the window. I was NOT rude. I live in Goodyear but work at a school close to this location, so I was really excited when they opened. They lost not only this customer but my coworkers too, since we all order coffee together and take turns picking it up.

I had placed a mobile order at this location and ordered an Egg Cheese & Green Chile Burrito. When I took a bite I noticed they had given me the Turkey Sausage Burrito when I tasted the meat. (I am Vegetarian).

I go almost every single day to this location. I simply wanted a small in a medium cup iced caramel blondie with extra ice. Mind you i am not asking extra of anything else just the ice. They couldn't do it because of inventory??? Make it make sense. A business never starts good and keeps it that way, yall always go downhill.
