Blanco Cocina + Cantina

What a great meal we enjoyed. Party of 13 and our server Morgan did not miss a beat. Pitcher of margaritas was a real treat. Six people shared the pitcher! Chips and salsa and perfection. Off the charts delicious were the birria tacos, grilled chicken fajitas, chicken burrito bowl, enchiladas, crispy taco salad, and basically everything anyone ordered. We will be regulars when we go to Suns games! Plenty of TVs to watch sports in the bar area. Outdoor seating, too!!

We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Blanco Cocina+Cantina. Very comfortable inside, service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. When we left they packed up a bag of chips and salsa to go. Very nice experience.

Our waiter Nick was incredible! Food was outstanding and service was quick. Guacamole was off the charts. We were in town for a conference and we had such a good dinner we went back the next day for lunch!!!

For us they short portioned our dishes. The taco salad was about the size ofaregularsaladand not an entre salad for instance The noise level was way too high treatment without talking to your doctor about to fix it The bathrooms are unisex, which caused a long back up line

I was in town for a conference and had a really nice dinner with some colleagues on the patio. The service was excellent. Our waiter and the support staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken enchiladas and spicy mango margarita and would order them again!

Super slow service for lunch . Went yesterday sat outside for happy hour , took 8 min for our server to come out Just to greet us . Our server seemed super slow and just uninterested. Queso app took 20 min , food came out in 40 min . Super bad service here

Good happy hour menu on Tuesdays. Felt like our server was trying to rush us out last time though.

Stopped to have dinner by myself here while traveling for work. The service and food was exceptional. Zeya was my server and she was very attentive and friendly. The salsa they serve with the complimentary tortilla chips was one of the best I ever had. It had the perfect amount of heat and chunkiness to it. The street corn was amazing! I would go back just for this appetizer. I also ordered the short rib bowl, it was tender and delicious. Only thing I can say is I wish it had a tad bit more rice and less salad green with it. But that’s if I had to say one thing to improve. This restaurant was the perfect spot and glad I was able to check it out!

Happy hour is cheap and that’s good but the servers get pretty snippy when you close out too early lol you’d think being in a mall where people work it would be understood that some of us have 30mins to eat

AMAZING! Worth the wait! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing and Jordan at the bar was on it! We’ll definitely be back!
