Good Happy Hour selections and food is typically pretty good.
I visited Blanco Beltimor with a group of 10 friends. Our server was very kind and attentive, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience with the bartenders was disappointing. The drinks were not well made, and when we politely expressed our concerns, their attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. The place has potential, but the service at the bar definitely needs improvement.
Great place to grab food and drink before a downtown sporting event. Just make sure you get a reservation, so there is no wait. Excellent food and service!
We made a reservation which I recommend for the weekend was busy. Our server was good but he was really busy. There was some confusion with the order but it worked out. The kitchen got backed up but the food was delicious. We will definitely come back!

I had the pleasure of being invited to lunch by a lovely lady from the Mexican community, and it was my first visit to Blanco Cocina + Cantina. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly, contributing to a pleasant dining experience.
However, there was a small incident that caught our attention—a little cockroach made an appearance on the wall behind us. While it startled my lunch companion, the manager promptly came over to address the situation and offered an explanation and apology.
Although my friend was understandably a bit unsettled, I appreciate the manager’s effort to communicate with us. It would have been nice to see a complimentary gesture, like a drink, offered to help ease the situation.
Cockroaches 🪳 are not something you want to see in restaurants
Everything was very nice especially the staff who were pleasant, professional and helpful. Margarita a little pricey but draft beer and food reasonable. Good location in downtown. We were there before a baseball game and it was perfect for pregame meal.
Staff was friendly. Food was ok. My salad was as good as a bag salad. My husband liked his burger.
We had a wonderful waitress who took care of us. was very friendly and moved quickly. Our drinks came right away, and the food even faster. We have been here several times, and always been happy with the margaritas and the food.
Great place to eat! Service was prompt, food was great, and the atmosphere was comfortable.
The food and service were great. The noise level was a little high but that's not surprising at the peak of the lunch hour. Overall, I would recommend.

Food is great!
I ordered the Short Rib Machaca Chimichanga. There was very little meat, and a lot of soggy tortilla and fat. I was not very good at all. This was surprising because we have eaten there several times before and loved it.
Restaurant was busy with pre-Dbacks crowd, but server (Nick) was calm, cool & collected. Food was great and overall good value for price paid. Look forward to returning soon!
Always great food & great service! A convenient place to dine prior to going to a downtown entertainment venue!
Always a great dining experience here. Hist & or Hostesses are super friendly, server was awesome food always great. My only complaint is more of a request.. put The Strawberry Margarita on the Happy Hour... 🤣🤣
