I have a problem with this location not providing water cups. I don't buy that this is due to drink theft when none of the other restaurants in this area I've been to have this "problem." Makes me start to think that management is cheap and may look towards other ways to nickel and dime customers.

I've been to this location twice in the last month and both times I came in, Renee Armando and Robert were all super friendly, killing it in moving people fast however also giving the attention each person needs. The first time I ordered when I arrived and from start to finish they were great. This time I ordered ahead so I only spoke with Renee but were watching the other two interact and they gave the same as energy as before. Renee was jumping in and out of the line and check out with a great attitude. My pizza was perfect. I wanted to give them a shout out because I know they get super busy and to keep that vibe going is really great. So thank you!
Ordered for the first time here tonight and am severely disappointed in the quality of the pizza I received. Pizza was burnt, dry and very few toppings. It was pretty cold too. Ended up in the trash. My three year old son who loves pizza didn’t even want to eat much of his either because of how burnt and dry it was. So disappointing after being excited to have this super close to my new apartment.

I really like the food and how fast I am helped when I walk in. I just cannot stand that they do not offer water cups anymore, even for paying customers. I get it, AZ law requires food establishments to provide free water, but they do not have to provide the cup. I think it should just be free considering every other restaurant in AZ offers a water cup, but not this one, even for paying customers. I will not return to this establishment until they change that policy.

Food is fine. Serious issue with the posted sign requiring payment of a cup to get water. I came here to post a photo... I see MONTHS ago this issue was already reported with photo evidence.... and a reply from the business....
It is the business responsibility to protect their drinks. Move your drink station.
If a restaurant charges for water in AZ in August, it's gonna get a 1 star rating from me. Unacceptable. Water cups and water should be complimentary. Solve your beverage theft problem another way.
