I actually really like Blaze Pizza. We hadn't had it and years and recently bought a house less than 5min away from Blaze so we decided to order for pickup. Food was ready on time. However, there was a long black hair baked into our cheesy bread. My wife has blonde hair and I don't have long hair so it definitely was not from us, and it's pretty obviously baked into the cheese. I contacted an email for Blaze Pizza on Sunday and was told they forwarded it to the store and that they would reach out. No one has reached out yet. So, hopefully soon they do because I feel as a partial refund is in order.

The food is actually pretty decent. I will tell you honestly though I am really glad there was a zero tip option. Drink selection is really poor. Menu board is not up to date. Employees try to skimp on toppings and have to be asked three and four times. The customer service at this place would be a really good example of why google needs to institute a fractional star system.

Tipped 4$ on a 14$ small pizza before asking for a water cup. To be told with no remorse they don’t give out water cups. I don’t really drink anything other than water and would have tipped less to pay for the water if I had known. This is Arizona and not offering even a tiny cup for water to PAYING customers is a foul look. I am a native and won’t go to a business that has this policy. It’s a cash grab in one of the hottest and driest places on earth.

great atmosphere food was exceptionally delicious and the employees met me with lightening fast speed. thee byo salads are a definite go to also. they have great teas i like the mango one usually. hats off to blaze pizza x3

This location will not provide cups of water to their patrons. What a ridiculous policy! We are in a desert and they deny water to paying customer. Will never return.

I loved Blaze Pizza, but when I stopped there today it was closed with a letter posted (dated today, August 1st) that the property owner had closed it to reclaim property. Sounds like a permanent closure and it’s not listed as a location in the Blaze app.
