This is a Mongolian BBQ, meaning you move through a buffet selecting frozen meat (including beef, chicken, seafood, and pork), a wide variety of veggies, and 3 types of noodles. Then you create your sauce from a solid variety of ingredients (soy, ginger, garlic, wine, teriyaki, etc...) and bring it to the person manning the grill (like a huge flat-top wok) who expertly grills it all together into an amazing entree. I love Mongolian bbq and the whole idea and setup.. the only complaint I have is the price. I definitely don’t think it’s worth it for $18 for a small bowl and $21 for a large. A small should be like $13 or $14.
