I love Blimpie I'm so glad they final have staff so they can be open!
Food prep table was full of scraps from before I walked in and never cleaned off. Hunk of meat stuck in the slicer when I was asked what I would like to order the guy behind the counter had to pry the gray colored meat out of the slicer leaving chunks in the slicer. The slicer looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Scraps all over it. I ordered ham and it also looked gray. Vegetables didn't look fresh only asked for lettuce and onions mayo and mustard. Mayo and mustard would not come out of the bottle so employee smacked it against the dirty counter over and over before trying to put it on my sandwich. Went back to work took one bite and the taste and smell of rot made me toss in the garbage and write the negative review. Never again. Jersey Mike's fresh and tasty every time and always clean. Avoid this location or Blimpies all together. So many other choices close by.
Good food and workers but on three separate occasions I have gone here during business hours only for the door to be locked and no one inside
Drove 40 miles show up at 1:30pm in middle of day CLOSED when they are open they are usually out of tomatoes lettuce and what ever else disappointing
First time here was delicious. the girl working gave great suggestions.thank you to breah
The girl working today, I believe her name is Brea? She was fantastic and very patient with some not so nice customers who were there. Will be back!
Store closed at 1253 PM. Employee sitting inside at a table doing nothing
The lady was nice enough. Just not prepared. Got there got there at 11:05ish. I get im the first person there, but you'd think they would be a little more ready for opening hours. I didn't think sandwhiches took 15 minutes to make, haha. I was cool with everything. Then I saw an old half pickle sitting next to the slicer, looked to be from the night before, and everything seemed to be pretty dirty for me, including the slicer. I paid for my full meal, drinks and chips. I didn't say anything. I just walked out without my stuff. I was just too grossed out. Blimpie used to be good, and it may still be. Unfortunately, I will never know, and their lack of effort makes it seem like they don't really care. Giving it two stars because the girl wasn't bad.
Ashley was amazing. She was so curious and had great conversation while we wsitfor our food. We definitely. Ade new customers today
I’ve always had fond memories of Blimpie’s. It’s a place I used to associate with fresh sandwiches, fast service, and great flavors. Naturally, when I saw a Blimpie’s location nearby, I couldn’t resist stopping in to relive those nostalgic moments. Unfortunately, my recent visit was anything but enjoyable. It left me questioning how such a well-known establishment could let things spiral so out of control.
Let’s start with the cleanliness—or lack thereof. The first thing that caught my eye as I walked in was the state of the ice machine. There was visible black residue on the edges, and it was clear that this machine hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It immediately made me wonder about the general hygiene practices in this location. Still, I was hopeful that the food might be up to standard, so I decided to stay.
My optimism quickly faded when I saw the worker behind the counter. His shirt was visibly dirty, which was unappetizing to say the least. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he wasn’t wearing a hair net, and his long hair kept falling into his face. I could only pray it didn’t end up in the food. Professionalism and basic hygiene were clearly not priorities here.
The service was another disaster. We ordered a simple sandwich, but it took over 40 minutes to prepare. Forty minutes! For a sandwich. I kept looking around to see if there was some sort of rush, but the place was nearly empty. It was baffling how such a straightforward order could take so long. The worker moved at a snail’s pace, and there was no sense of urgency whatsoever.
The final nail in the coffin? During the painfully long wait, the worker casually mentioned that several ingredients were expired and that some items had mold. Yes, mold. He said this as if it were a normal, everyday occurrence. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. How does a restaurant even operate under such conditions? It was horrifying to think that these expired and potentially moldy items might end up in someone’s meal.
When the sandwich finally arrived, it was lackluster at best. The bread was stale, and the vegetables didn’t look or taste fresh. Given the earlier comment about mold and expiration dates, I couldn’t even bring myself to eat more than a few bites. It was incredibly disappointing, especially for a brand that once prided itself on quality and freshness. The chicken tasted old the sandwich were gross .. just a shit sandwich
In addition to the food and service issues, the overall atmosphere of the location was depressing. The dining area wasn’t properly cleaned, with crumbs and trash left on tables and the floor. The trash bins were overflowing, and there was a strange odor in the air that made the experience even less appetizing. It felt like the staff had completely given up on maintaining any semblance of a welcoming environment.
I’ve never written such a negative review before, but this experience was shocking on so many levels. Blimpie’s used to be a name I trusted for quick, delicious sandwiches. Now, I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth—both figuratively and literally. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I’d urge the management to seriously evaluate their staff, cleanliness standards, and overall operations. This is not the Blimpie’s I remember, and it’s a shame to see a once-great establishment in such a terrible state.
Until these issues are addressed, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places to get a fresh, well-made sandwich without the horror show I experienced here. For those considering a visit to this location, my advice is simple: don’t waste your time or your money.

Not friendly (but also not rude) service. The gal wasn’t very talkative, no smile, not very responsive. She made us some good sandwiches, the way we ordered them. The table, chairs, and floor was dirty. It looked like the self-serve soda machine hadn’t been wiped down in some time.
I’d go back. I really liked my sandwich.

They were out of bacon, they were out of tuna, and when I finally found a sandwich I wanted I guess there was a problem with that because I did not get what I thought I ordered. And I ordered their new Mac and cheese and I swear it was Kraft macaroni and cheese The same as I make at home. This meal for the two of us cost $40 plus, definitely not worth it! The employees were nice and gave us extra cookies. I'm so disappointed. I hope they're not all like this one.

Is this place even still in business? We’ve came three different days after the hours they have posted and no one is there and doors are locked. There have been others upset also. I’ve even called over and over and there is no answer
