She is obviously not properly trained didn’t have fuel toppings and sitting there and tasted dry. Should’ve just stuck with Mr. Goodcents like I normally do , pretty disappointed got home and tried to eat it ripped a piece of the Swiss cheese off the side and it tasted bad. Wasted my money and threw away the whole thing

We decided to try Blimpies again after a several year hiatus. Hoping that it just might have gotten better. Yeah, it didn’t. First impressions, a little dirty and the rap music was thought to be questionable for a public place.Let’s talk about the food first. Looked appetizing. My spouse and I decided to split the ham and cheese. We got our order, sat down to eat and it was the most bland sandwich I have had in a long time. Hardly any flavor and the bread had a gritty texture to it. Extremely disappointing. So this was most definitely a no go in my book. So I was hoping the cookie I got in place of the chips was going to be their saving grace. No such luck. To bad for them.One semi-positive thing, the person behind the counter was nice and helpful. Unfortunately this isn’t enough to make up for this next topic.While trying to choke down our sandwich, I was listening to the music which was most definitely inappropriate for a family setting. The N word and F word were being dropped like a snaking hot potato that someone threw to you from across the room. I’m in an interracial relationship and even my better have was commenting oh how inappropriate this music was for this type of environment.So, wrapping things up, we couldn’t wait to get out of there never to return again.

I've been a customer since 2016 and have loved the subs until a remodel and new GM. The one thing that made me come back time and time again was simply the bread. Simply put, it was soft bread that was large enough to hold the extra, extra meat that order, of late the bread is harder and smaller in width, this smaller width causes the meat to be pushed out when I take a bite. I have to say that the associates are seriously COOL!

The new look and new employees were welcoming. Clean, friendly service was provided. I was disappointed with my tuna sandwich, the bread was good and there was a lot of meat - almost too much. But, the veggies I asked for were too little. There was hardly any lettuce in the sandwich or any of the other veggies I asked for.

Was one of the worst Blimpies I've ever been to. The tuna was bad and the meat was old the bread was hard and old as well. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Had to ask for a refund. Place should be e closed down.

They had expired bottled soda and told my husband to get a fountain drink.Told the guy several times what we wanted, but he still didn't get it right. I found this out after we got home.Husband asked about cookies and was told they were 2 days old, we declined. The manager just made fresh cookies for the next day. Seriously, you couldn't make FRESH cookies the next day.Decor was old, and sure could use a makeover.We won't be back.
Wow the quality is not the same since new owners took over,. Very unhappy, sandwich just didn’t taste the same & bread was not fresh!

Changed owners and went to s**** Overcharging for menu items that already include the upgrade to pretzel bread, taking forever to put a sandwich together, hell they didn't even know how to wrap a sandwich to go. One end is stick out dropping all sorts of toppings out the side. I've been here one other time since they changed owners and became a franchised store and not part of corporate and the lady that claimed to have been working for them for years microwaved the sand which I requested she toast. Imagine my disappointment and bewilderment that when asking for a toasted sandwich I get a soggy wet floppy thing instead. At least this time the guys were more competent than that lady but like I said. Charging more for a bread that included in the price of the sandwich is ridiculous. My toasted sandwich this time was cold as well, but it wasn't soggy!

The place was out of stock of almost everything the workers were very slow and look like they did not want to be there. The place look pretty raggedy. They had no ice chips straws and trash cans were full. I do not recommend coming here.Kid-friendliness: They had small sandwiches for young children.Parking: They were in a shopping area with the whole bunch of other people so it had a lot of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They had no stairs in the chairs were able to put a wheelchair beside it.Dietary restrictions: You can change the different foods or put on different foods on your sandwiches.
