These guys are amazing. They care. They are helpful, friendly, and thorough. They even suggested the best way to cut up sandwiches and serve them for my pool party. I can’t believe Customer Service like this still exists. There’s a reason he’s been in business for decades.

Went in there afew days ago and a dark hair man i believe his name was Jesse. Was not very polite and was Very pushy with taking my order. The girl cashier was very nice and apologetic. I asked for more of a things he said this is all you get. I have been there many times before and the girl cashier usually does my order and is so helpful and kind. This man made it unpleasant so I will not go back when if he is there only if the girl is working to make sandwiches. I asked for a manager and he said he was and walked away. Very poor service from him and hope he was not the manager

Every time I am in the area I always stop here for a great sandwich. I live in Chandler so I don’t get over to this side of town very often but every time I have a meeting over here I always make it a point to stop. The food quality is always top notch. The bread is very fresh and delicious and the owner always super friendly, remembers me and makes me feel welcome No matter how long it’s been since the last time I came in to eat. One of my favorite sandwich, shops in town that has been here serving great sandwiches for many many years

First time having Blimpie, and the hospitality was excellent. The food was tasty, and the bathroom is clean. Thank you to the employees who welcomed me!
My 14yr old daughter and I went to this place to grab a quick bite to eat while on the road trucking. On this date of Oct. 11, 2024 about 10am local time, this older gentleman who was a Caucasian male, seemed kind for a moment. It's when during conversation, my daughter mentioned that we're from another city across town( the city was stated in conversation), and his slick remark was "Oh, I figured".
🫤I politely paid for my food and told him to have a wonderful day. The Blimpie Best sandwich was good though. That comment was totally uncalled for and rude. On future routes, I will not return here, I'll just eat at Cheba Hut, or Panda across the parking lot, hopefully their service won't come with a side of prejudice. Thank you, but no thank you.

First time we tried Blimpies it was a home-run!! Needless to say I was really looking forward to it a second time. Ordered the same food and for some reason it was cooked different and the person making it clearly did not put any effort into it at all. It’s funny though - it made me think if this was my first impression I’d never go back, but knowing how good the food is there I am willing to see if it was just a fluke or the amazing food was a fluke?

I love all the employees except Garret his customer service sucks and needs to work on talking to customers more!! I sit here in complete silence with all the other employees they talk to me and help me out!! I had to look at his business card for pools is the only reason I knew his name. Please hire someone different or at least have a conversation and he is always playing his video games not doing work

Today was our first time visiting this place and it will be out last time. I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up for dinner. When he arrived, the young lady behind the counter decided to vent to him about the customer before him and how she was complaining about her sandwich not being made correctly. No surprise, since our order was screwed up as well. We ordered two Sicilians and she couldn't find the roasted peppers and asked my husband what goes on the Sicilian. She had no idea what she was doing. Our sandwiches had two pieces of ham one slice of provolone and tomatoes. No roasted peppers or dressing at all. If you're considering trying this place, don't do it...
