Our Phoenix kid chose this local restaurant for a family and friends meal. It’s got a great vibe and yummy food. We were there for a weekend brunch and had everything from omelets, breakfast burritos, chicken waffles and the pretzel bread pancakes.
Terrible experience here today. We were celebrating a birthday and arrived at 12pm to put our group down. After asking 4 separate times within a 2.5 hour timeframe when our table would be ready and being told as soon as a specific table opened up (we could see the table), it would be ours. Finally the group gets up and leaves and the table is quickly taken by another group. We go and ask the hostesses what can be done since we were told that was our table and we were top on the waitlist hoping they’d tell us the group that took the table would be asked to move from the table. Instead we are told that the group got to the table first and we’re being “aggressive” about getting there first so the restaurant was just letting them stay. And we would have to wait more time or we could go sit with them (if the other group was comfortable with it). Such poor customer service. I guess if you’re “aggressive” you get your way here.
We waited for a while for a table. This place was packed for Sunday Funday Brunch. It was worth the wait!!! Chicken and Waffles, Amazing! Mac and Cheese Balls, Amazing! The Sliders, Amazing and the Beef Nachos, Amazing!! The endless Mimosa's, Amazing. ????
AWESOME place. The food and service are top rated. This place is really 10 star. Our waitress was beyond attentive & fun. The food was so good, we walked out with overstuffed bellies. You just don’t want to stop eating. The atmosphere was just overwhelming. This is a definite place we will be back too. Heard that the brunch is to die for. Definitely going to have to check it out.
First time back since COVID. I missed this place♥️ always a good atmosphere + service and always a good time.
The food is amazing! Atmosphere is great! They are very friendly. However, there was a few times I felt like they forgot about us.. it’s been a minute before they came and checked in to see if anything was needed. I put in an order only got the wings they never brought out the fries. Again, I couldn’t say anything because the waiter didn’t come back over for a while. I would def try again!
I had a pretty good chicken sandwich, or it was good until it was destroyed by a bird. The service was friendly and they had a decent beer selection. If you have a tree for shade at the bar why not extend the netting. 2/3 of the bar has netting protecting them...our side did not. Getting bombed by birds is not appetizing.
The food is great! The vibe is out of this world! And I come back for the beautiful people and the excellent service!
Went there for the first time the other day and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Outside area was well kept. A bit disappointed though because there was only 1 server and hardly checked on me. But then moved inside and faster service of course.
Me and my friends went here for brunch. The waiter was so amazing, and the vibes were spot on! My friends ordered the chicken and waffles...and me being vegetarian/vegan, I ordered the hummus for $9. The hummus was so refreshing for being a hot day in Phoenix! Would definitely go here again.

Sat at the amazing outdoor bar, staff was great, let us know about a drag show happening that night, got tickets and had the best night, I hear their brunches are great, definitely going back!
Engaging staff. Service well done. Libations that hit the spot and a menu that more than satisfied this appetite.
What an amazing night! The staff was friendly and attentive. The karaoke was spot on with madd hatter productions. Food was awesome. I'll be back next week.
Nice space with a great liquor selection. Inside is nice, clean & restrooms are unisex. You're downtown, parking can be difficult at times. Outside chairs were cigarette burnt & tables were very dirty. Keep in mind there's LOTS of construction going on. more dirt flying around & they have no control over how people treat things. Which is quite badly on the outside. Not their fault really. All in all a nice space.
I love Bliss, it's always a great time on the weekends. We love that when we come in Lindsay recognizes us and knows what we're going to order. However, I was turned off after the most recent experience. We came early to get a table in the main patio area. There were 3 tables available, 2 in the shade and 1 in the sun. We asked to sit in one of the shaded ones, but the host insisted on the one in the sun or one away from everyone. He mentioned that he needed the other 2 in case a big group showed up. Even if that were the case, isn't it first come first serve? There wasn't a sign saying that they're reserved. Also, when I see that you don't end up seating a big group it's a slap in the face. Someone else posted on Yelp a month ago about the same host and this just confirms it.
