Always love coming here. I like that they now have a vegan option. More would be great. Cashew cheeses are so easy to make and sub out for regular cheese. Especially for those that are now lactose intolerant. Like that they have a patio and allow dogs.
Blue Agave was a blast. I found it interesting that they played rock music at a Mexican restaurant however it really increased the energy and the vibe so I loved it. The food was terrific and they have a menu with a wide range of options so you can find things that are less expensive if yuo want. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday and I would definitely go back!

You can still get a chimi or pollo fundido, but there is more yummy variety here. Wide variety of tacos from birria to baja-style fish to oaxacan chix. Bowls, burritos, etc in multiple styles - all tasting notably fresh (not the typical post-greasy-food coma here - not that that’s bad once in while).
The cholula chicken salad is my favorite.
