Bought from them at the Scottsdale Farmers Market. The Sulawesi beans were a light brown and dry. Went to take back, but no refund is offered and said I could buy something else. Won't buy from these guys again.

Writing this to make sure others don’t have the same frustrating experience with Blue House that I’ve been having.If you go in person, their drinks are amazing. However, it’s been an incredibly difficult process to try support them with coffee purchases.The first bag of beans we bought at the downtown market was sold as 12 oz, but actually weighed only 8 oz. But, the quality was so good that I decided to give it a shot and try a subscription.I ordered that a month ago, and the coffee never showed up. I’ve tried to call, left voicemails with my callback, of which I never heard anything. I stopped in-person when I was down at ASU, and was told a manager would be in contact with me, but that also never happened.At this point, I’m having to cancel the subscription and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. It’s such a shame as the flavor and quality of their coffee could make BH a Phx coffee essential, but this lack of customer service is no way to run a business.

Had the Blue House Coffee mobile cart at our tradeshow booth at the Phoenix Convention Center this weekend as we wanted an "experience" to pull customers in with. Baristas Sam and Adriana were simply INCREDIBLE. Rolled in with everything they needed to serve up absolutely delicious lattes, drip and my own favorite, cold brew! They came with 3 custom flavors and we were the talk of the tradeshow for!! Cannot say enough good things about the actual coffee taste and overall event staff!!

I had gotten an excellent espresso from one of the resorts in town with the beans being from Blue House. It was one of the very best I had ever had.. so went to the website being excited that they said that they roasted their coffee to order. I'm afraid that's not the case. When I received my coffee yesterday the beans did not smell freshly roasted and the roasting date apparently did not reflect my order date. I find this kind of marketing to be very deceptive. When opening the bag, the beans did not smell fresh at all, but rather stale and it seemed like they had not been properly stored. Very disappointing!

I've seen this place many times at the uptown farmers market and tried it today for the first time! I sadly am not able to drink espresso anymore so I tried a cold brew this time. I think the one I got was called the big wave? It had coconut and some kind of sweetener in it, and I had it with oat milk. It's really good! Not overly sweet, the coconut is subtle but not too subtle. Very delicious. Good, quick service here too. Glad I got to try it!

I sampled the Coronado AZ vineyards wine at the Verde Valley Wine Festival and it knocked my socks off!!! Out of all the wineries present they were hands down the best wine present. Loved it guys keep up the great work!!!!

Blue House catered a morning event at my house and did a phenomenally great job. The coffees were delicious and got rave reviews from my guests, and they took care of the food, as well, which was displayed well and tasted great. Zack and Sam were easy to work with and I highly recommend them for any morning catering needs you may have!
I purchased their Garfield blend (fine coffee) at the uptown market and was surprised that the two running the tent did not know when the coffee was made and once we found it, it was over 3 weeks old. Not terrible but not ideal. I've done subscriptions coffee that arrive fresher than what they were selling.
