I’ve been to a handful of premium lounges at different stadiums this year and out of all of them this is my least favorite. From a value perspective, the buffet is an ok option. For $40 you eat what you want and can avoid the lines and overpriced foods at the concession stands.First complaint, the lighting is terrible. I get that they are going for a red theme, but it was overbearing. It’s like eating inside a movie theater and you can’t see your food.Second complaint was the food sounded good but fell short. The hot dog had too much bun, the slider tonight I have no idea what the attempt was here. All I tasted was breads and I think beans. The pork belly potato skin sounds delicious, but it was really a standard loaded potato skin. The pork belly didn’t stand out enough to be considered unique or good. The carne asada flatbread? Too much bread not enough carne asada. The chicken bacon pizza was the best pick of the spread. Read it again. A $8-9 slice of stadium pizza is the highlight of the buffet. The street corn, pretty tasteless.Deviled eggs at a baseball game? WTH…ok it was a standard deviled egg and it was acceptable. The “carving station” is not a carving station that you find in many of the other premium clubs. It’s just there for show and to make sandwiches or grinders with, so not included with the buffet.Did I get $40 worth of stadium food value? Yes. I’m glad I tried it, but would likely not return and just eat ahead of the game. The good news is that if you have access to the BMW club you have access to the other little bar’s downstairs, you have unique access in the back hallways. Wandering around, one of the players was chatting with someone during the game for a minute, and there is a batting cage you can walk by and see.You also have access to the suite level (the back hallways lead to the elevator upstairs)The other BMW club upstairs is pretty nice, I would suggest getting there early and grabbing a table if you want a view of the game and want some drinks or food before visiting the club under the dugout. The last picture of the game is a view of the field from the other BMW club upstairs on the 2nd level. A tour of the suite floor is definitely worth a visit.

We were at the BMW Lounge on 8/24/2023 for the game, we had the buffet before the game started. Food was nothing special, server was good. The buffet was $40 a person and really a bit much for the food, but we tried it.My problem is I tipped the waitress $20 and my bank called me and the waitress charged me $25. There is no fixed gratuity as choices were on the receipt. So, there is no phone number to call, really no contact information at all.I will tell my bank not to pay the bill because of this.

Now I understand why they have a 2 star Rating. Everyone that works here thinks they are above themselves. Bad customer service.

It's been 25 years. Do you prefer the roof open or closed. One of the first Stadiums to use a retractable roof.

I bought season tickets at first plate for my first season in Phoenix and was extremely excited when I heard about the BMW Home Plate Lounge.Unfortunately the first visit wasn't stellar. Im hoping to see the operation improve. My first criticism was of the lighting, we literally had to pull out our phones to see the menu. The tables were placed in the shadows. Second being that the POS system seemed to be down and nobody was working on the orders our server was sending. The bartenders out right ignored our servers attempts to get mixed drinks. It took about 25mins to get my first drink (at no fault of our server, she was very apologetic/sweet).The food was tasty, a bit cold but tasty all the same (I had to give it two stars due to getting severely food sick and having terrible cramps for 24 hours). Someone need to check on the hotlines food safety procedures. Its the pre-season so im gonna give the overall rating a 3 because theres room to improve and I really wanna like this spot. It didnt have the feel of a premium club on my first visit. Everything seemed too chaotic for being nearly void of tables and guests. This seems a little troubling and I see a storm approaching if it gets as crowded as the promo photos show. They need a floor manager and some reorganization. They have all the framework to make this great but I feel like its an afterthought for whoever does the staffing and oversight.Good menu - checkModern hip space - checkFriendly server - Check

Love baseball, and had great seats... But value levels no longer fit. It literally costs a small fortune to do this... $500+ for this night for 5 tickets, food, drinks and parking...

Great stadium. Supported by high concession stand prices.

The club seats in the middle is great. Near the Audi club

Great variety of food and beverage options, including some chains and reasonably priced classic stadium fare

When the roof is open it's particularly nice! Can get amazing seats on secondary market sites for a really good price.

Be sure to check out the "Arizona Rotunda" with its terrrazo floor of the state and giant murals of Arizona landmarks. Oh, and and the ball park is also home to World Championship Winning Baseball

You'll never find a friendlier ballpark staff in MLB. Great service all around.
