Boba Cucue Bubble Tea Cafe - Phoenix downtown

This is one of the best boba places I’ve gone to. The waffle sticks they have are amazing! You gotta try the vanilla sweet milk one it was absolutely delicious! The Oreo one was good too but nothing compared to the vanilla sweet milk one. I had a Vietnamese coffee and it was really good. It was sweet but not overly sweet like most places here I can’t even enjoy it. My 10 year old had the black tea oreo and she kept telling me it was really good. My oldest is really picky and she had Thai tea and didn’t like but they ditched it for a brown sugar milk tea and she said it was good. I tried her Thai tea and it was fantastic but if you don’t like something herbal don’t try it it’s strong.

The ladies up front were very rude. Had to refund never going there again!

One liner: boba comparable to boba scene in So Cal. It would be better if the tea was stronger.

Atmosphere: love the sitting area and Asian stickers, snacks, and stuff toys

Fruit tea: hint of green tea. If you don’t like your drinks on the sweet side definitely put less sugar

Oolong flower tea: surprisingly really good for a tea flower I am usually not a fan of. Less sugar also makes it just right balance

I had a really disappointing experience, I had asked the workers a question of which drink they thought was better and they didn’t bother to answer my question. They just told me what it was made off. So I ordered a Blue Sky Blended Lemonade with no boba. They proceed to give me the drink with the boba. The drink combined with the boba was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t realize it has boba until I took a drink while driving home. Wasted 7 dollars, never go to a boba shop that prioritizes aesthetics over the food.

A surprisingly good boba shop for Phoenix. Maybe even comparable to cities with larger Asian populations. The drink flavours were good and the boba had the right texture and taste. The cups are cute and the menu has a nice variety of drinks.

However they charge you for substitutions rather than just doing the substitution which resulted in the most expensive boba drink I've ever had. There also wasn't that much boba in the drink, despite me being effectively charged twice for them.

So, if you get the drinks as is and don't care if whether there's a good amount of toppings or not, this has 5/5 potential.

I’ve gotten boba from here multiple times and it’s always been pretty good I’ve always said it’s the best boba in the city but today i went and there was a new employee i got a brown sugar milk tea and taro milk tea both with boba , this had to be the worst boba drink ive had from here it was not sweet at all and taste from the drink was gone after 3-4 sips. I would definitely recommend mytea over this location from now on.

I come here probably every other day, and I’m not ashamed to admit it. This is one of my favorite places in Phoenix. I highly recommend any of the Milk Bubbles and Floats. Everything is hand made fresh to order (I didn’t even know that was possible with boba pearls). I highly recommend it. They also have the best prices of any boba place I’ve ever been to

You'd think that after finding parking and walking a quarter mile to do Uber pickups that they wouldn't treat the drivers like trash. I'll give an extra star for an actual human today but I really don't care for anything from this whole strip.
