The boba is so good and it’s really fun to make pictures

I have mixed feelings about this company . Altho the product is good . The company its self is lacking . I recived a free boba coupon for first time purchase, But when I went to redeem it . I was told that they only last a month even tho it had a expiration date till October. I emailed the company several times, but I never recived a response.

Really good, love the customer service. Especially ur employee briza, she is th nicest girl, i normally get very nervous ordering in public places but she is bery patient so i took the time to write a review abt her. Hope she gets complimented by the manager. Keep it up briza.

This Boba Tea Company location is one that I frequent quite often. The staff is always friendly, patient, and accommodating. Breza is a great part of the staff ,she is a very kind person and has my regular order memorized!!! It is my go to spot for a beverage when I’m at Desert Sky Mall. They have a great selection to choose from and also a great reward program.

Wow!! First time at Boba Tea Company @ Desert Sky Mall. Great local spot. Multiple drinks to choose from. It is so organized and clean. I can’t complain. Gorgeous display. I absolutely would like to Thank Jorge for the wonderful experience. Thank you so much. His customer service 100%. Everything 10/10. His recommendations were PERFECT!! Lots of options. Although I did order the Love Potion. I loved it. I look forward to stopping in regularly.

First time here and the store was really clean with great service. Jorge helped me customize my drink and made the whole experience super easy and welcoming.

Got the Sakura drink. Tastes very good and the service was faster than expected. And the Matcha whipped cream was very good too. I'm looking forward to coming back again!

Had a great experience with the store manager Jorge great customer service took my order asking how I would want it as well how I would like my daughter’s order and his recommendations on taste for her. Cause of Jorge I have became a boba fanatic and only come here for it. That gentleman deserves a recognition on customer service store was clean. And very kind to his employee that was there also she was really polite. CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 CLEANEST 5 BOBA TASTE 5 OVERALL GREAT SERVICE

The service from those who served was excellent but unfortunately what ZEROSUGAR said was too sweet that you could hardly even drink it, I asked for a refund but they gave me another drink that was less sweet but was still sweet (it was practically water), and I honestly asked for it. the one that was pure tea for the same reason that I don't like sugar
I hope they take this into consideration for those who do not or cannot drink sugar.
