Open sign is on! But they are “closed”. Door to business is also wide open so a bit confusing to guest in area!
Went back again during lunch to try it when it was open! Chick was dry. The rice was warmed up and dry. The spring rolls were loosely rolled with tears. And they were made with SYCO iceberg lettuce in them! Not great, disappointed in this experience especially considering the high prices compared to the area.
Not good. The boba tastes chemically & not a good consistency. The actual drink tastes like milk with syrup. Also it’s expensive compared to other boba.
Always friendly service! I love coming in for the Pho, bobba, and vibes! Customer art is displayed as well as a cute anime on the TV. Its a small place but with quality food.
Tryd sum bucks. After down. Made it back. 2twice
“I tried the Thai tea, but it tasted more like milk than Thai, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the boba was chewy and flavorful. Unfortunately, the cookie seemed hard, almost as if it had been made a few days earlier. Overall, I wasn’t very impressed with this visit.
BobaWhaaat is a hidden gem in this area. They always have anime playing, they have anime art, open until 9, Gluten and Dairy Free Food!!! ❤️ The staff is super nice. I love this place.
The Boba is very good, and has great flavor. The young asian girl who took my order was very kind and helpful. The shop was very well taken care of and clean.
We love boba whaaat!! We come here weekly and always enjoy it, and tonight we were treated by the owners to dumplings and popcorn chicken as they were trying a new recipe that was delicious. Our favorite neighborhood boba spot!!
Just met the owners and they were so nice and hospitable! We go here at least once a week and can’t get enough of their boba! (My favorite is the Thai tea with boba). 10/10, and love supporting local!
The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the food selection is delicious; I'll be back with my friends for sure.

Stop on a whim and not expecting too much. Super good Pho. Very good flavorful broth. Will definitely be going back on the regular.
Their pho was amazing, the broth was really good and the beef was good quality. Their boba is super yummy too, I’ve had multiple flavors and they’re all amazing.
Boba and Pho are really yummy. Great service and very clean inside.
We got there 35 mins before closing on Sunday. When we opened the door the girl was mopping and put her hand up in my face and said “No, we’re closing”. Id understand if it was maybe 10 or even 15 mins before closing but 35 mins is a stretch. There were still people sitting inside drinking their tea. We then saw her proceed to kick them out while we were sitting in our car. I was excited to try a new Boba place but I guess not.
Rip off. Gone 3 times and never got my food. Always wait 20+ minutes for a crab puff that fries in 2 minutes. Also, their boba is inconsistent and hard. Just go somewhere else
