Business needs to stay on top of online orders. Order was placed 10 minutes prior, I show up to pick up for the customer and the place wasn't busy and they didn't have it even made. This hurts the customer who ordered and it makes me the delivery driver look bad. Im just trying too earn a living too

I've been a Bosa Donut customer since I was a kid. I've been to this location several times. They always have a great selection of donuts. Tons of flavors and different types. My favorites are the cinnamon rolls, fritters, maple bars and glazed donuts. Service is always polite and prompt. The store is clean and organized. I highly recommend this place

I’ve been coming here for two years. I’ve never had any problems up until today. I ordered my usual raspberry Jelly filled donuts And noticed that there wasn’t any jelly inside, so I called and a lady was rude to me instead of just apologizing
I have visited this location three times, and unfortunately, each time I had a terrible experience. The Asian ladies working there seem upset before I even place my order and consistently give me attitude. It feels like my business is not appreciated, so I will be taking it elsewhere.

I go to this Bosa Donut location several times per month and am always satisfied with the kind and wonderful service and the taste of the delicious donuts. One employee who is always sweet,friendly and attentive is named Aly. I went yesterday to buy donuts and Aly and her coworker Chuy were both very sweet. I’ve been going to this bosa donuts for 9 years so it sucks to do this, majority of the time it’s good but i just called the shop to order tried to courtesy call to give heads up I wanted a single boba smoothie 30 mins before close no answer (was already on the way) I get there 15 mins to close and lady goes we are closing… no eye contact very rude about it, I said I just called to try to give a heads up and she walked away no words, comes back minute later makes it visually not how they always do it so already red flag still very respectful thanks you have a good night (from me not worker) get home and take a drink (multiple to make sure I’m not trippin) the absolute worst boba I’ve ever had it’s basically liquid no texture and taste is horrible shoulda saved my $ and time cause it wasn’t worth it she coulda cared less if I left and never came back now I probably won’t I’ll go out of my way to the next franchise in Chandler which is 24/7 :(
