Bosa Donuts

On Sunday, November 16th at around 2pm, my wife was falsely accused by an employee of stealing a drink from the fridge, even though she had ordered a drink, paid for it, and left a generous tip. The employee told her ‘it’s okay’ and that she ‘wouldn’t call the cops this time,’ which was outrageous since nothing was taken.

My wife immediately opened her purse and asked to see security footage, but the employee refused to apologize and only offered a conditional ‘IF I was mistaken, I’m sorry,’ despite having zero evidence.

When I came into the store to address the situation myself, the employee again escalated things by claiming she would call the police simply because I photographed her, which is completely legal in a public-facing business.

No customer should be falsely accused of theft, threatened with police, or treated with this level of unprofessionalism. Management needs to seriously address the conduct of the staff working at that time.

This place is always late. They claim to open at 6 AM, but I arrive at 6:25 AM and find no one there. Everything is closed

I absolutely love BoSa Donuts! They have the best donuts I've ever had, which is always accompanied by great coffee and friendly service! Would highly recommend!

Ordered a drink and asked for boba multiple times. Clearly that sad excuse for a white man didn’t understand the assignment because when I called back he told me “it’s fine because I didn’t charge you for it.” BABY— I asked for BOBA! How lazy do you have to be to not prepare boba for a boba drink. Never had any issues with the asian lady working.

Lady who handed me delivery order got flustered because she missed half of the order and decided to take it out on me by being extremely rude. Would recommend frequenting a location that has more respect (and frankly takes more responsibility for their own actions) as these places are a dime a dozen.

Customer service was extremely poor. The lady that prepared my order was eating and putting her fingers in her mouth and when she was preparing my order absolutely didn’t care to wash her hands. I had to repeat my order multiple times for her to understand.
Lastly the ice coffee had 1/4 and 3/4 ice. Within a minute the taste was all water. When asked to put more coffee she said this is how we do it. My advice would be to avoid going here for your own good.
