Small ship. Service is hit or miss. Excellent donuts but get there early or you'll miss out.

Strong and freshly brewed hot coffee and tasty donuts. My total for 1 medium coffee, 2 glazed donuts, and a ham/egg/cheese croissant was $11.92.

Good service and fresh donuts
Delicious doughnuts, friendly people. Thats all you need
They don't use gloves properly or wash their hands properly. They use dry scoops and receive the donuts from a separate location. The food is all microwaved to order, and the drinks are dry powders plus ice. And generally the atmosphere is very small, cramped, and dark. Flys also get caught in the donut display occasionally since they do not have a way for flying pest management. Bosa Donuts is a not the issue to my knowledge just this location.
Solid donut and tea place with a ton of options for both donuts, tea, boba and more. Not crazy expensive either. I got a Boston creme donut and it was a good donut, just the kind you want and not like a chain or supermarket one at all. I also got a strawberry matcha latte, which sounded great but mostly tasted of pink nesquik powder.

Honestly the food is not bad but it’s expensive. I usually get the breakfast sandwich and boba. The staffs are very rude and condescending.
- the drinks are 80% ice and 20% drink LITERALLY!!!
- There was this Asian lady that’s so rude. I asked for a drink without ice because there was too much of it and they charged me an extra $2 without ice???
The lady asked if I wanted to go through with it or not and I said no thank you
She proceeded to keep eyeing me and gave me this judgmental look, it was so awkward I literally had to exit the door backwards
- there’s also these 2 girls, that would gossip over the counter
** however, not all of the staff are rude. There was this single worker, she looked to be a student she was very nice with a positive attitude, kept a smile on her face even though she worked the shift alone on a busy day
Great customer service!
Bosa Donuts at the Arizona Center is outstanding in all ways. Love the service with a smile and the delicious donuts. Keep up the great work!
What time do yall actually open?
Afternoon breakfast sandwich and coffee in this tucked away local donut shop. Directly across the street from the Sheraton downtown Phoenix Hotel.
Arizona Center has been quiet for years, but there's some activity happening.
Nice area to sit outside.
Parking: Not sure if they valid parking?
