Cute little place. The food is very good and refreshing. The staff weren’t really welcoming (the ordering process felt rushed) and it felt like we were the odd ones out. Now for a more in detail explanation of the food. The food was freshly made and definitely made with care. Their sandwiches are delicious and are priced perfectly. The smoothies were alright, nothing fancy and rather mid. The strawberry banana tasted more like a vanilla protein shake with a little hint of strawberry. The portion sizes were amazing for the price.

The Arizona Center has very little open in the way of shops, but this one was fantastic. Found it on my walk and was able to get a medium coffee, donut, and a croissant breakfast sandwich for $9. An excellent option, especially if you're going to the convention center.

I stay at the Sheraton across the street a lot for work. This place is directly across the street. They have really good donuts, and the coffee and bagel sandwiches are also good. I haven’t tried the tea. It’s also incredibly reasonably priced.I stop in every time.

I was excited to check out Boss Donuts but was disappointed with the service. The staff was unwelcoming. The donuts were average. I don't think I will be back again.

I came in 10 minutes before closing, however my complaints are not time dependent. They regard friendliness and quality of food. The worker was not very down to earth or friendly, she seemed quite serious and didn't give me much time to look at the menu before asking what I'm ordering. I was coming in for shaved ice, which they had on their website, but I could mot find a sign for in the store. They didn't have any. I asked how the smoothies were, and she said "alright" which wasn't convincing, but I like cold frosty drinks, so I opted for one anyways. I should've known she'd give me such a blunt and truthful answer. Well, the Strawberry banana smoothie I ordered had a cough syrup, synthetic taste. These are the smoothies that are like crushed ice, water, some food dye, and a squirt of overpowering, incredibly sweet syrup. It didn't even have a particularly strawberry or banana taste, just sugary. I took one sip and physically gagged. What a waste of money for $6. Go around the corner to Cold Stone instead.

Worst donut I’ve ever had in my entire life! Super greasy and weird taste, it was not chocolate on the top ? Also, I’m from another country (which means I am not native speaker), I missed the word “granulated” to point the donut I would have, and the lady was super rude. I was embarrassed. People who are working here are not paying attention to the clients, everything was a whole mess. I will not come back ever!

This tea was deeeeelish! I mixed a couple flavors but totally worth stopping in on a hot day.

I had never seen Bosa Donuts when in Phoenix nor have I ever heard of them before but curious to try them out. When I was done with my mani/pedi next door at Moriah's Nail, I made my way over. One door down, this location in less than 10 minutes walk from my hotel. It was probably around 3 pm on a Monday afternoon. Very helpful, friendly staff. This spot is open daily so it seems like fresh donuts keep rolling out. Lots of interesting choices. Can be a bit overwhelming. These donuts were so good, fresh, and just knocked me out! I ordered a dozen variety and saved the rest for the next day which still kept fresh and tasty. I'm coming back again!
