Nobody at the cashier someome could see me from the back i rang the bell she still ignored me finally someone comes to the front I ask her for 2 glazed donuts she point a 2 trays and says this is all I have worst bosa donuts I’ve ever been to never again.

Seems like a hang out for street people. About half of the donut flavors were not even in the display case. It was mostly empty. A few scary folks were lingering around and there was no staff at the counter at all. Staff did not even come out after the front door opened and closed a few times. This is a poor example for Bosa. Other locations are fine. Avoid this one at all costs.

Recommend. My buddies and I were looking to grab a quick bite before starting our day while visiting Phoenix. Got great service and decided to come back the following day before boarding our flight. She threw in a couple of donut holes the second time around. Phenomenal service and good donuts!!

I came in after walking in the heat of Phoenix from the airport metro station… starving and parched. I was saved only by the cool, sweet Taro tea and refreshing Tuna sandwich they had in the shop. 10 stars if I could
