Every time I go, the staff is very kind.And they always help the customer that's next in line , as soon as they can. The other day, I called them to see if they had our favorite donuts, because they tend to run out of them early and it was a weekend day we were out of them, but they said, give them 30 minutes and they would make them fresh, I went up about 30 minutes later, they needed a little bit.More time not at issue when they were made and done.I asked for them to be put in a box which they did kindly By the time I got home , they were still hot and fresh and the best donuts we've ever had. They were busy , yet they remained kind and they still went out of their way to make our doughnuts which are a hot seller because they're so yummy. It's the only place we will go by donuts at so I normally don't put reviews up this detail, but it was so kind of them to make the donuts absolutely fresh just for us and then allow us to have a box so they stayed flat and warm for my drive home. Thank you, Bosa and the team that works there! :) So far never let down!

My favorite item from Bosa, apart from the amazing donuts; is the ham & cheese jalapeño croissant! It is always so delicious! This morning they had already run out and before I could settle for just the ham and cheese, the employee offered to add jalapeños. I told them it was no biggie but they insisted. Excellent customer service!!
