Great breakfast sandwiches! The croissant is supper fresh and great. Was annoyed because I got the passion fruit tea and it fell outside right away because lid was loose. Guess I'll try next time

So I had my 9-year-old daughter walk in to get us drinks, my daughter ordered a drink and the lady gave her what she wanted .the lady took advatage of my daughter. She didn't make sure of what she was ordering. She asked for a taro milk tea and the lady gave us a smoothie. As I walk back in to ask if we could have the milk tea. The lady would not make it right. I asked to speak to the manager. She says she was the manager she was rude and did not want to make it over. I asked her to give me the owner's name and phone number and she would not give me it. I don't think it was very hard to just exchange the drink and make it right. It WAS THE WORST, customer service, ever. She should not be a manager there. I'm not saying the customer's always right. But what I am saying is that it was a simple and she could of just made it over again. To make it right.. I will never go back again and I will tell all my friends and family and Co workers about this place and that rude manager!

Delicious boba, turkey sandwich and butterfly cinnamon donut. The service was okay. She was a little blunt and rude with her execution to fill out the form because we didn't want jalapeño.

Well, in a world of rude, disrespectful, and nasty shopkeepers who are thieves the Bosa donuts on Pinnacle set a new all-time low mark in my experiences that I must share with you.

So anyway, I stopped by a couple of days ago to buy my favorite pastry, donut shop cinnamon rolls and I tried to do so at Bosa’s Donuts located at 1930 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027. I ordered one dozen “small” cinnamon rolls which cost about $20.00, maybe a little more and of course their cash register ask me if I wanted to tip and so I did at 15%.

After I finished my errands and got back home and opened the Bosa Donut box to enjoy a cinnamon roll, I was greeted with 12 globs of sugar, grease and some kind of apple goo which were not edible. But since it was about 20 miles back (one away) to return the donuts and so I just accepted my disappointment because that is how life is, but I thought I should give them a chance to correct THEIR ERROR at my earliest opportunity. That came today.

Well, I carried said box of 12 lumps of sugar, grease, and apple goo (minus one bite out of one lump) into the Bosa shop and spoke to the two young teenagers behind the counter what had happened and I told them I would like to give them back their 12 lumps of sugar, grease, and apple goo in exchange for 12 cinnamon rolls.

Well, both of those young girls looked very disappointed at my request and began to shake their heads, which really surprised me. They then ask me if I had my receipt. I looked at them in what had to be with an incredulous look and pointed to the Bosa Donut box that was holding their 12 lumps of sugar, grease, and apple goo.

They then asked the Bosa manager who was working the cash register what they should do and even though she spoke very broken English that I could not understand, the teeny boppers did and they said I could have only exchanged them on “Like the same day.” If you have any other choices in a neighborhood donut shop, I would avoid Bosa donuts like the Asian Plague if I were you.

The best donuts in N. Phx! Great variety. Sadly, they stopped making chocolate donut holes. They have other pastries besides donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and Boba drinks.

Went in for 2 large Mochas with chocolate drizzle and 4 donuts. Tried them went i got home and it had no flavor on coffee or chocolate . I received blended ice . I called to see if i can get them refunded or re made i would even taken credit for them . But they didnt want to own up to the mistake. You spend so much money on expensive drinks to not get what you want. Very disappointing!!!

Bosa makes the best classic doughnuts. They're always soft and fresh. This location is always clean and pleasant. I always get the chocolate glazed, maple bar, and cruellers. They're coffee's not bad either.

Would not accept their own coupon off of the Valpak website for the same promotion they’ve ran for a long time. The other BoSa I normally go to accepts it. Asked to speak to the manager, but they wouldn’t even come out. Waste of time

We come here pretty often because it is conveniently located near where my kids do some activities. The tea and donuts are fine. The customer service has been pretty unpleasant at times. One employee, in particular, always seems angry and annoyed whenever we are there. We have even considered switching to a different tea/donut shop because of it. It definitely doesn't seem like a very good business practice to be grumpy towards your regular customers.

Always come for the cinnamon sugar donuts. It's nice going to a donut shop where it's actually good and not just soaked in sugar. It's sweet without going too far and that's RARE these days. 10/10 will always pick Bosa over Dunkin or Krispy.
