Service is always great, workers are so friendly and have more than once gave us an additional doughnut at no extra charge. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy so be careful, but if you live around here, you already know that.

So this evening I got picked up from work and my sister in law who is a door dasher on her down time decided to put the dasher app on and make a few extra bucks along the way home. Mind you door dash allows dashers to go in pairs because it's safer. We were not violating any dashing policies. So I am sitting in the passenger seat and we are at the Bosa donuts in the drive thru waiting for the food for the customer. The guy opens the window and ask my sister in law to confirm order and she says yes and proceeds with the steps to take a photo of the receipt. The guy at the window goes on a rant saying he had her face on camera and her license plate. She responded with "ok thats great!" He kept on about how he is tired of ppl stealing the food blah blah blah. She is sitting there dumbfounded and was like "I'm not stealing your food sir, I am simply working." Needless to say this man was not only rude as heck, but accused her of stealing and was disrespectful. He had no right to do that. So my question is, does he do this to every dasher that stops by there to do their job? This was not right and I hope he gets a lesson on respect!! Not every person is the same, nor does every person need to hear the rant from that man. Be cautious when going there.

We waited 20min in drive thru and nobody took our order. I had to drive to window and knock. When she finally took my order the donuts were dry. Its gone dow hill. Last time a young girl ignored us and was gibj g donuts to her bf and friends and we waited forever for her to take our order.
Get xameras, check them and check register and randomly stop at your own store to see donuts are not fresh. Hard as a rock.
