I've ordered from Bosa donuts only about 4 times and had my order delivered through a delivery app. After today, it will absolutely be the last time I order from Bosa ever again. I understand being out of certain donuts but when someone orders online, it would make sense for Bosa to call the customer and tell them they are out of what the customer requested and ask what the customer wants substituted, right? Apparently not. Bosa has not done this... ever. Ok, so Bosa doesn't call the paying customer to try and substitute what they want...at least Bosa tries to substitute close to what the customer ordered, right? Apparently not. Bosa does not do this either. I placed this order today at 6:30am and some how Bosa was out of everything I ordered by then? Interesting. The order I received, there was not a single donut I ordered and the donuts they put in place of the ones they didn't have, were horrible and nothing we would ever eat. So a waste of money. I wonder since I've placed a review on one of the delivery apps before about this...if this has anything to do with it being this bad of an order. We shall never know. What I do know is I work for a very large advertising agency and guess what I'm going to be telling everyone I work with and every client I come across. I have now read many reviews of this happening with other customers who have ordered through Bosa. Apparently Bosa doesn't learn from this or listen to their customers and just leaving reviews doesn't matter to them. It gets you a completely wrong order like I got today.

Great donuts and prices. They make other stuff too like breakfast sandwiches and smoothies and have boba teas as well.
This is my first time at a Bosa location, I've heard mixed reviews. We went in, were greeted, and used coupons that were sent in the mail. I got the donut holes for 99 cents and my partner got a free donut. I also ordered an Iced Tea with Dragonfruit, half sweet, and received a smaller drink than requested. I wasn't charged for the larger drink, and the worker at the time said they could change the size but I said it was fine because I was in a rush. The store seemed somewhat dusty but overall clean, there was places to sit and a drink station. I think for the prices I wouldn't normally eat here, but if you want a cold drink and some donuts its not bad. The donut holes were a little dry, but overall sweet with a nice chocolate flavor. They weren't overly oily. Overall not a bad experience.
Parking: There are some spots available in front of the store but they fill up fast. There are more spots further away.

Good donuts place and friendly place but not open 24 hours. Compared to the 24 hours Bosa Donuts that has horrible front servers. Does not know repeat customers and gives you the reject sized donuts.
