They try to add 10% for a credit card transaction. Be careful, trying to charge high extra fees w out saying a word, a no, there is no sign about surcharge for using a CC
Was running a little earlier to work today and decided to stop at Bosa to get some donuts and a bagel. Was told at 6:00 am they wouldn't be able to provide me with a bagel with cream cheese because it wasn't available. When I asked for a dozen donuts and that some donuts have filling was told they had none available. I'll stick to another Bosa donut that Ilass moving forward.

Me and my family usually go to the Bosa on 43rd ave and Dunlap but we stopped by this one and will not come back to this one. I gave my wife and my usual order and the employee got the order wrong and she said I never ordered my order that way then brought the two croissants I ordered and they were both cold because she left both in the microwave for too long and stuffed them in one bag. We will definitely be going to 43rd ave for now on. They have better service and listen to their customer’ and get the order right and not blame the customer.
Never open at 5 like advertised. Get it together BOSA
Took my nephew for a treat, why is it so dirty and gross in here? I got a tea and it tasted so bad I dumped it out immediately before walking out. There was a fly where the doughnuts are too.
Amazing breakfast sandwich, the perfect donuts, and delicious milk tea.
Stale donuts at 7am /: poor customer service

I went to this place with a Muslim brother. I didn't buy anything at the time. The cashier was friendly and playful. The server was fairly straight faced but not offensive. If I were in the mood for a donut I would stop by.
We got Bosa Donuts in Surprise AZ for the 1st time and will definitely return. They were fresh, full of flavor and enjoyed by the family.
No body knows English ,they cant understand me when i can understand thier broken English. They cant tell you the price of anything and thier website doesnt show any prices..I thought this was America ,we speak English here.I hope Trumps mass deportations happen soon

Went there this morning. 5:58am place opens at 5am. Was very disappointed in the selection. I was told this is all we have this early in the am. Really??? Then I picked what was available. Got them home for my kids. It was clear these were not fresh and were old and left over. At 17 bucks a box you better provide fresh donuts. Selling stale left over donuts is not acceptable. Shame on you. I will never go back to this location again. There are other bosa locations that are much better and provide fresh donuts early in the am. The quality has really gone down at this location. To bad….
Very nice staff fresh food delicious nice size good prices
