For the most part we have a good experience, the doughnuts always taste amazing. Today however service was completely ridiculous!! The younger girl with the curly hair started our order before the person in front of us was done ordering. She kept going around back and forth so it made it really difficult to move around the other person ordering. My kids did their best to speak up to order but that puts a lot of pressure on them. Her impatience saved maybe 30 seconds of time. I’m disappointed in the service today and that’s why it’s a 3 star review today.

The breakfast sandwiches reeked of chemicals! They smell and taste like cleaning products. I only ate a couple bites and tossed it. This place needs to be shut down.

BoSa is a favorite spot for me. Been to a few locations and this one is tops. The donuts are always freshly made and my work team loves when I bring them in. I like to get a breakfast sandwich to start my day before I indulge in a favorite donut! Don't pass this up.

I promised my 2 year old she would get a donut hole when she was potty training!! She earned it!!!! we came up and I grabbed a donut and asked for 2 donut holes for my daughter!! The teen behind the counter said, we only sell them in 12 or more! Really?? You couldn’t let me buy two for my daughter?? Any other place would be happy to help knowing it’s for a little kid!! Horrible attitude from the teen behind the counter. Won’t ever go back so disappointing!
The food is delicious and doughnuts are amazing… but this location is EXTREMELY SLOW, especially on Sunday mornings. It is ridiculous to be standing in line for 12 minutes for a doughnut. If they know sunday mornings are busier, they should plan for that and hire more people. I have waited this long every sunday i have come in the morning. Other locations move quickly when there is a rush.

Best donuts I’ve had across Arizona, Texas, California. Owners are down to earth. This is not some influencer donut spot - come here for damn good donuts and Vietnamese coffee.

The lady working today was so rude, walked away from me multiple times while I was in the middle of placing my order, she would then ask me again how I wanted my order, I would AGAIN begin speaking and she'd walk away saying yeah yeah yeah, only to literally screw up both sandwiches in my order. I won't be back
