Im unsure if I will return. I feel uncomfortable. I am not sure if it is the tip system they have in place or if it the person I was getting one single doughnut from. I felt very strange... I am not going to tip you for giving me a doughnut. Im sorry if you expect more from your customers you may want to rethink your line of work.

The breakfast sandwich was nasty there was no butter, no cheese and deli meat on a breakfast sandwich? Honestly $25 for two sandwiches and two drinks.. man never again

This location never has donuts in stock. Even at 7am. It seems they hold the donuts in the back so they can put them out later which I semi understand so people don't buy 5+ dozen @ 7am and they can't serve anyone else but just put a cap on it. 2 dozen max. Or here's an idea... make more donuts to meet the demand and make more profit.

We went to this location, and WOW does it STINK in there!!! It smelled so HORRIBLE, I cannot even describe it!!! Whatever it was made us sick enough to walk right out the door!! Who wants donuts that are sitting there will this HORRIBLE smell?? This place should be checked out by the Health Department! It's pretty nasty in there!!

The doughnuts aren't bad, but the place is really run down and dirty. Windows are not clean, stacks of boxes in the corner of the dining room. There are better doughnuts and cleaner places. Won't be back.

Wow. Incredible. Best croissant cheese and egg sandwich. Croissant is so nice and flakey but soft and buttery on the inside. Perfect Apple fritters to. Just hung out with my friends at their tables. Super great hole in the wall.

I ordered a dozen donuts, I only received 5…they never contacted me to replace them AND they charged me EXTRA for one that I didn’t even receive! NEVER going to this location again!ETA: OH?? You don’t charge extra unless asked?!?! Cuz I ORDERED fancy donuts that costed MORE and yet I DIDNT RECEIVE THEM!!! So YES you charged me EXTRA for something I DIDNT receive.

We stoped at BoSa Donuts on Bell Rd in Phoenix Arizona on Tuesday February 13 2024 to pickup some donuts for Valentines Day. We have been there once before so we did know how good the donuts were but we didn’t know the different kinds of donuts and was trying to ask the girl (clerk). We couldn’t get over how rude she was, that’s when we should of left right then and there. It was obvious she did not want to be there. I have been in the service industry for 45 years ( restaurant ) and she would not have worked for me long. By the way Rainbow Donuts are just as good. We did however buy one dozen donuts for our family for Valentine’s Day. $17.37. The time on my slip says 10:41 but the time on the machine must be off because we know it was later then that. More like 11:41. Authorization number on slip 024156. We just wanted you to know so this person can improve her sales skills.

Bosa is the best donut place I have ever been to. These donuts are the only ones I like. My favorite is the yeast donut with the blue vanilla icing. The staff that work there are always quick and if you want to tip them you either have to be quick or use cash because they are often too humble to linger on the tip page. There are places to sit, so this is a good place to go when you’re waiting on your cat from the tire store next door, or just to have a nice relaxing breakfast treat!

I order uber eats and put specific donuts to include in my order they were all pairs. I belive to spite me they didn't include some and did all 3 donuts. Thanks, i ordered to be delivered to the hospital since I'm here and can't leave. I'm wish you could have filled my craving better. But it made you feel better by not giving me what I asked for. Donuts are great. Boba is good. Just not sure if the smoothies have real fruit.The young woman with the glassed an piercings needs a bit of change in attitude. She seemed like she did not want to be at work, serving customers. She was inattentive. I told her my drink order at least 3 times. She said "ok" and still got it wrong.
